In the middle of the Maggiatal, 1km from Cevio is the village of Boschetto. Half kilometers separated from the village, between forests and meadows and very close to the river Maggia is the hamlet Ca d’Damunt. The Rustico is built in the sixteenth century and renovated between 2017 and 2018. The cozy apartment is in the center of the village, in the square, and is comfortably furnished. You can park your car in front of the house and the bus stop is two minutes away. From the living room, through a French window, you can access a terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the valley. In the garden, with a typical granite fountain, there is a sofa with a small table and a dining table with chairs.
