The entrance, the lobby of the house is shared, but the apartment upstairs is PRIVATE! It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.

For those arriving by bus from Locarno station, take Bus line 315 (get off the train on the right ) and get off at the first stop of Avegno outside. By car we are 7 km from Locarno and Ascona.
