Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. A small, characteristic village at 1000 m, easily accessible by car. What makes the location unique is a fascinating natural environment, and its unique panorama. Ideal for lovers of nature, walks and absolute tranquility. It is about 1 hour by car from Locarno. From the village of Broglio you can reach the Maggia River.

Historisches Steinhaus Cafe Lüina

Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.
