The house matched the photos and description. Gabriel left us very clear instructions about the house and its surroundings. It was very clean and its location is very good for exploring the area. We were very comfortable in this house.

Juana's place is ideal for those looking to visit the picturesque village of La Alverca, as it is very close, allowing you to go out to the village on foot. Despite being so close, we feel in a perfectly private and charming place in a corner of nature and tranquility. I advise anyone who wants to visit the area or just spend a few days in the middle of nature!

Paloma is wonderful and very kind host. Extremely helpful from the very moment we met her for check in, until the end when we checked out. The accommodation was very safe, clean and organized and met our expectations. Very nice place for getting away from city life and just relaxing on the property. Also, the surrounding areas in Candeleda are beautiful with a lot of mountainous to explore while hiking and walking around, along the river, as well as surrounding areas. Wonderful stay - everything we had hoped for in terms of peace, beautiful surroundings and views, and a very well situated and equipped property. The property was very comfortable and practically every need had been thought about - we would have liked some hanging space for clothes and an iron/ironing board but these were minor inconveniences. We would happily return and loved the place. Spectacular house, super clean and well-kept, it is very nice and comfortable, to be repeated a thousand times, beautiful patio. Alberto was super attentive from the reservation until we left, thank you for making our stay so great, we'll be back soon.

A wonderful stay to enjoy as a couple and in an ideal environment for hiking routes. The little house has everything you need and is extremely comfortable. It will be the first option if we decide to come back in the Jerte area.

A wonderful and super-equipped house (pool, BBQ, fireplace) to spend a few days in a place in the middle of the forest on the southern slope of the Sierra de Gredos. Great for groups of friends and for a large family. Angelita welcomed us and showed us the house and made everything easier. Definitely a place to come back.

Esther's property is extremely welcoming and cute. It felt like arriving in our holiday home away from home. Extremely tidy, super equipped (kitchen with olive oil, herbal tea, salt, spices etc etc) and a nice environment to spend time in. We decided to travel to Candeleda to switch off from the business of the city life and this house was the perfect place to stay. There is not much in the surroundings but the pueblo is really cute and there are many trekking options around to do during the day.

We were welcomed by Carmen Mari, very friendly and warm, available to help us with our questions and attentive if we sent her any messages with questions about the area. I would recommend this place for close friends or couples who want to enjoy the area and spend time in nature, it is small and cozy.

We had a family of 15 people. From 4 to 76 years old. Everyone was thrilled. Highly recommend this beautiful home. There's cotton cuddling for every detail. Modern inside. Tasteful decor. Good beds. Air conditioning. The garden was very large, with beautiful fruit trees, olive trees, orange trees, terraces around the house. An absolutely stunning porch with sofa, dining table, table tennis, sun loungers. A large pool for great joy. View of beautiful mountains close by. Several bathing places in lakes nearby. Elisabet was very welcoming and immediately responded to an inquiry. We would love to come again. The only downside was the lack of wine glasses. 😖 The area was beautiful and authentic.

It's been a pleasure to enjoy Africa's house. A secluded house with plenty of privacy and in better condition than in the photos.
