The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. You'll love my place because it's the perfect place to spend a few quiet days and enjoy pleasant walks along the Mamut route. My place is good for couples, families (with children), and pets. The owners live near the farmhouse for any incidents or needs. Accommodation for a maximum of 4 people, although an additional sofa bed can be prepared. The pool is for the exclusive use of guests, it is not shared and is operational from April to October
