The Valley Cottage

The little house in the valley is a special place, with its viewpoint overlooking the valley with beautiful views and magnificent sunsets, a large garden, indoor pool, trees, barbecue area. It is also very well connected, near Dúrcal and Padul where you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. 20 minutes from Granada, 40 from Sierra Nevada, 25 from the Costa Tropical and 15 from Lanjarón, gateway to the Alpujarras. The house is very cozy and spacious with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room and living room.

My accommodation is good for couples, business travelers, a restored 19th century family that still retains all its character as a typical Andalusian house. Located in the heart of the village of Zubia 3 km from Granada. It is a house of 300 square meters, full of charm, where every detail of its original era has been preserved with care. We are located in the Lecrin Valley, halfway between the Sierra Nevada and the Costa Tropical, in the countryside, but with access to all kinds of services in the nearby villages or in Granada city (20 min). With almost 2.000 m2 of land, totally fenced, salt water swimming pool, WiFi, heat pump, air conditioning, garden, etc. A wonderful place in the middle of nature to enjoy with family or friends. The entire plot is for the exclusive use of the guest without sharing with anyone else.

A nice and spacious manor house in Lanjarón.

A restored two-story house that retains many original features, including its hydraulic tile floors, doors, and chestnut wood beams. The entire first floor has incredible mountain views through a large bay window. There is a hall with a bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room, and a 90x200 cm bed. On the second floor (with a wide staircase), there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A full bathroom, a terrace, and a space for working or yoga.

Magnificent house with a private pool in Granada

Spectacular tourist house with a refreshing private pool, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a private garage for 3 cars. Located in one of the city's most exclusive neighborhoods, it offers an experience in a safe, noise-free, pollution-free urban area, ideal for families. Not suitable for youth groups. A 10-minute drive from the historic center and the Alhambra, 30 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski resort, and 50 minutes from the Costa Tropical.

El Patio del Carbón, to dream

I built the house and I'll keep the feedback from some of my clients -tu you put a lot of love in this house. We have a covered inner courtyard, with a glass dome on the second floor which gives it a lot of brightness inside even on cloudy days. It has a special charm for moon nights when its light illuminates part of the patio, giving it a special hawk. A terrace overlooking the valley where we don't miss a sunset, some are a show.

You will love my place because it is the perfect place to spend a few days of tranquility and enjoy the pleasant walks along the Mamut route. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), and pets. The owners live near the cortijo for any incident or need. Accommodation for a maximum of 4 people. The pool is for the exclusive use of guests, is not shared, and is operational from April to October
