Our stay with Roland and Nadine was truly wonderful. The key pickup via the lockbox was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The house is a dream come true. Nestled in a private, quiet residential area on a hill, it offers breathtaking views over the bay, all the way to St. Tropez. Waking up to that view each morning was simply unforgettable. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the location is perfect, with supermarkets, restaurants, and beaches just minutes away. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing yet unforgettable holiday on the Côte d’Azur. Roland and Nadine went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Catherine and Thierry have a wonderful family home that was perfect for a vacation with our friends and children. Very kid friendly home equipped with high chairs, cots, toys, baby bathtub, pool alarm and gate, you name it! We really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again in the future. Only thing to keep in mind is cell phone service and WiFi is not strong which makes it the perfect place to disconnect on holiday! Thanks for a great time!

Moderne Wohnung, Aussicht vom Balkon einfach der Wahnsinn, Pool sauber und groß. Wohnung im Obergeschoss mit Klimaanlage und zwei neue Fernseher. Jean Jacques und Ingrida waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus liegt zwar an den Gleisen, die vorbei fahrenden Züge tagsüber haben uns aber gar nicht gestört. Sehr schöne Umgebung, viele Strände in der Nähe. Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

es hat alles gepasst. Es ist ein wirklich magischer Ort. Die Kommunikation mit Valérie und Frédéric war auch wunderbar.

Nathalie war sehr sehr nett, hat uns herzlich empfangen und alles Nötige gezeigt. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sieht exakt aus wie auf den Fotos. Das Haus, der Pool sowie auch der gesamte Außenbereich/Garten sind sehr sauber und wahnsinnig gut gepflegt. In der Küche ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden. Uns hat besonders der Grill/die Grillstelle gefallen. Wie beschrieben ist die Bushaltestelle, um Richtung Cannes zu fahren, in ca. 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Bus ist man dann in ca. 15 Minuten am Bahnhof, von dort dann in 5 Minuten zu Fuß an der Croissette. Neben der Bushaltestelle befindet sich auch ein sehr großer Supermarkt. Den Aufenthalt bei Nathalie können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Liebe Nathalie, vielen Dank für alles, wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Deinem Haus! First stay in this lovely villa. We’ve been coming to this area for our August holidays for the past 8 years so know the area well. Now as the family are a bit older, this villa was the perfect upgrade, not to mention the great little pool which our children loved and spent every hour of every day in. Jeroen was always on hand and available to answer any questions we had. We look forward to returning next year!

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans ce logement. C’était notre première fois avec Airbnb et nous ne regrettons pas. Un hôte très accueillant, à l’écoute, nous a donné beaucoup de conseils et a toujours été présent en cas de besoin. Concernant la maison tout était parfait, comme dans la description ! Très propre très rangé, tout était nickel. Une maison vraiment magnifique et avec tout le nécessaire. Nous remercions également Greg pour sa confiance ainsi que sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons cet hôte à 1000%. Vous pouvez avoir confiance en lui les yeux fermés ! Merci pour tout 😀

A fantastic place for a large group and three separate families. The space was amazing. The view was even better than the photos. The kitchen was so well equipped with lsrge amounts of glasses, plstes, cutlery and cooking dishes. Amazing find. Pricey but well worth the money.

We had a beautiful holiday at this villa; 9 of us stayed comfortably, with plenty of space and everything you could need for a great holiday. We spent most of our time in the pool, it’s a fab size and with the garden, it is perfect for kids. The villa is very private, just a few mins walk to a very small beach and few minutes to bus stops. We didn’t drive so found it a little far from the supermarket to walk but buses were regular, easy and cheap! The surrounding areas of Nice, Cannes and especially Antibes are stunning. Overall a perfect holiday, thank you ☺️

We spent a week to celebrate my birthday in June. What an amazing stay! The villa is so charming, well equipped, cosy and practically equipped. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, and soo beautiful. Corinne was helpful and attentive, whenever we had a question.

We had a fabulous family holiday . The hosts Sonja, Guido snr and jr were extremely welcoming . The house was even nicer in real life ! Perfect setting .. we ate outside for most meals .. beautiful outdoor area. Inside is perfectly maintained with old floors , windows, shutters matched with modern facilities . It was perfect for our family ( 6 adults and 8 month old) The pool was a must for the hot August days! The house is a 10 minute walk to the lovely village of Valbonne, bigger than we thought and definitely plenty of cafe Shops and restaurants to suit all. Valbonne is authentic French and has a famous market every Friday ( very busy but worth a visit) The house is also a close drive to Nice, Antibes, Cannes and the beautiful St Paul deVence. We highly recommend this property and the lovely hosts . We hope to return again one day .

Cyril’s place was perfection! Honestly the photos weren’t as good as reality! He was super friendly and responsive and Berangere (the woman checking us in) was so kind and helpful. The house was spacious, beautifully appointed and in such a lovely location. We could walk to Vence center and access everything we needed but the property was so peaceful and beautiful. It fit my parents, my husband and myself, and our two young children comfortably. I can’t wait to return!

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect in every way. We were excited by the photos, and the house didn’t disappoint! Stylish inside and out. Wonderful to stay somewhere that says it caters for 10 people and truly does that: enough dinner seating, sun beds, crockery etc. Two families across 3 generations staying together for a week. Perfect layout and space for all: studio for grandparents, en-suites for all rooms, cinema room for watching England vs Spain in Euros (even if the score wasn’t to everyone’s liking…). The location is stunning, with fabulous views. Cabris is a lovely village & the restaurant recommendations were excellent. Great to be able to quickly walk into village for everything, even tennis. With a 9 year old & two teenage girls, it felt very safe to let them head off together for breakfast croissants or evening ice creams. Ian and Jacques were perfect hosts from start to finish. Thank you! We will definitely be back, hopefully even next year!

Die Villa und das Anwesen ist wunderschön. Wir waren 2 Familien mit 4 Kindern. Die Kommunikation verlief super und wir wurden freundlich empfangen. In der Villa standen bereits kühle Getränke, Snacks und ein kleines Geschenk zur Verfügung. Die Villa ist voll klimatisiert. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die tolle Sommerküche mit Plancha, sowie das Außenbad, mit direktem Blick auf den tollen Salzwasserpool. Der Pool ist super für Kleinkinder, zudem kann der Poolbereich abgetrennt und somit kindersicher gemacht werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Grasse ist sehr schön, auch als Parfümstadt bekannt. Zum Strand nach La Bocca (Cannes) sind es mit dem Auto ca. 20 min. Ist sehr unkompliziert. Ich kann dir Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. Un îlot de bonheur, un havre de paix, un coin de paradis... Les mots ne manquent pas pour décrire cet endroit où nous avons passé 4 journées splendides. Où que vous tourniez la tête, votre regard se posera, au même instant, sur la végétation luxuriante et sur la faune protégée et choyée par Agnès et Alain (le réveil au son des oiseaux, on se serait crus en Amazonie). Car, oui ! C'est bien là que réside la richesse de ce lieu : chez Agnès et Alain, un couple au grand coeur, avec qui nous avons le bonheur d'échanger et d'écouter leur passion. Nous avons passé un grand moment et nous sommes certains que nous ne sommes pas les seuls ni les derniers !

Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, ruhig und privat gelegen. Die Lage ist super, ideal zum Entspannen und dennoch zentral. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend. Der Pool war ein Traum und sehr sauber. Absolute Empfehlung!
