This was something special and more!! The apartment had everything you would need to make a holiday hassle free . Alex was wonderful in her communication and couldn’t have been more helpful she definitely went above and beyond. The area is great 5mins from train station and 3 minute walk to the beach , plenty of restaurants and wonderful bakeries in the vicinity. Will definitely be returning!

We stayed at Catherine's place for 45 days and recommend it without reservation. You can get everywhere on foot. Garage available in the building. The accommodation is equipped with all amenities to make everyday life easier. Beautiful sunny and comfortable terrace with direct sea views.

Very nice accommodation centrally located Vallauris. We particularly enjoyed the evenings on the terrace in quiet surroundings. The apartment was very clean and the communication with Denis worked flawlessly. The only drawback was the somewhat reduced kitchen equipment (no dish towels, wine glasses...). All in all we were very satisfied.

We had a lovely stay, the location is just perfect: beach 2 minutes away, local shops, everything is easily accessible. The apartment is very functional and tastefully renovated! Romain is a host who really thinks about making it easier for guests who are passing through and their comfort. We would highly recommend.

A very nice apartment right on the beach of Cannes. One small flaw is the slightly older furniture and that you could not sit or have breakfast on the terrace as well as the table was a little small. But you can handle that. Vincent is a great host, very friendly and was always easy to reach and responded quickly. If you want to spend a nice and relaxing holiday, this is the place for you!!!

Wonderful apartment. Amazing location. The residential complex is clean, there is a large store, a pizzeria, a park and the sea nearby. There is nothing unnecessary in the rooms. The kitchen is separate, all equipped. The bathroom is comfortable, the toilet is separate. Dishes are enough, induction stove, the oven is good. Beautiful balcony and view. There were plenty of towels and linen. But we were under the impression that the linen was not changed, but the clean one was provided. Underground convenient parking. Very satisfied with our stay in this apartment . Estelle was available. It was easy to switch even to German.

We must join all the others who have reported the apartment. It's definitely worth 5 stars. We were greeted by Paul who is really a perfect host. He is very attentive and welcoming and we felt like we were in good hands all the way through. The flexibility from Paul and the desire for our holiday to be successful, clear to us that it meant something to him and we were very happy about that. The apartment is super clean and has all the things you need. The place is wonderful, with beach, pool and restaurants and 2 bakeries, shopping and cafes within a short distance. Especially the playground close by was enjoyed by our 3 year old son. We can't thank Paul enough for his hospitality during our vacation. Many thanks! We would love to come again !
