Our stay was very pleasant, I highly recommend it.

A very clean place, its architecture very father, the friendliness of the managers, a very quiet stature and met our expectations

Our stay at Hotel Casa Quetzal was very pleasant. The location is perfect, there is also a safe parking place if you are coming with the car. The breakfast is sufficient to get your morning started (fruit, granola, yoghurt, fresh pastries, butter and jam). The stuff was attentive. I think they've noticed we didn't drink the juice on the first day, so the next morning they served a different kind. The room is very spacious and comfortable, uniquely styled, as well as the bathroom. One of the best showers ever. Definitely recommended for your stay in Valladolid!

Amazing! We were a group of 12 (10 adults and 2 kids) so rented a whole dorm. All was great, confortable beds etc. We had a great time!

The lodging is a very nice colonial hotel, has pool and chairs around for outdoor lounging the room is comfortable,clean, it is 4 blocks from the convent and it is very safe to walk through its streets even if it is night The restaurant at hotel 11 de 10 super recommended Rich breakfasts, a good price and excellent service The delicious tatemada habanero salsita and the homemade papaya jam that make there super recommended and the coffee very good The room requires a bit of maintenance on the furniture for the aesthetics of the room but nothing normal Very nice stay .

Lovely palapa (thatched hut) with private bathroom and shower, plus small balcony overlooking interior of property. breakfast of cereal, coffee, tea, and toast. *Very* central and convenient location. Bring earplugs- essentially completely open to a very noisy center city (animals, sirens, yelling, etc. throughout the night)- we couldn't sleep without them. Persistent wifi issues, but no other concerns during 3 day stay. Great location for the cost.

Very nice place, ideally located, very nice inn, quiet, with a large amount of things offered: breakfast, activity, excursions, connection with taxis, guides etc.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The staff were lovely and very attentive. They noticed there were a few mosquitos whilst we were having lunch in the gorgeous gardens and quickly brought out a fan & citronella candle & mosquito repellent. There were also lovely organic soaps & body lotions to use as well as complimentary drinks in the mini fridge. The breakfast is also included which is a nice touch. One thing for us personally that was a slight inconvenience was that the room backed on to the shared garden with glass doors, so we couldn’t always have the curtains open. The room is also a little small for 2 people sharing, although we were travelling for 3 weeks so had a large suitcase. There are also other rooms available that do not have this issue. The WiFi was also a bit problematic but Daniela & the staff were always at hand to help with any queries.

We loved it. The room was very nice and there were several things to do: we went to the zoo, walked all over the terrain, there were several activities, we had breakfast a couple of times in the restaurant. Very relaxing, if you want to disconnect from it all and listen to nature. We would honestly go again.

Good place, clean and comfortable

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, the villas are great, the restaurant food is and at affordable prices, very close to downtown (at least by car).

Perfect place to stay for a large family or large group of people. We enjoyed relaxing in the lovely garden while the kids were playing in the swimming. We could cook our own breakfast in the kitchen. The historic center is just a few blocks away.

Good place to stay very centrally for a fair price. Nothing to complain about!

We had a great couple of nights at Maculan and wish we could have stayed longer. The location was superb, bed was super comfortable, and room was as clean as can be. Plus, Carlos at the front desk was super helpful with recommendations and even gave us discounts to local restaurants and cenotes.

Photos don't do this place justice, it is SPECIAL. The beautiful environment and peaceful ambiance is unbeatable. We'll be back one day for sure!

During the stay we really enjoyed the facilities, from the reception room, the access to the rooms through the beautifully designed staircase, walking around the room outside the corridors, we saw that in addition to the rooms there is a dining room and a refrigerator that made it easy for me to keep my food, my refreshments, I liked the access to the pool which I did not use because we were walking out because we were out for being the homeland parties, there were many activities to do and to sleep where to go. It is a very good hotel that I recommend and that I promise to recommend between my friends and family,
