Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Valentia Island

Maureen is a wonderful host. We had a late check-in, she waited for us, told us how and what to use in the house, recommended places to visit, bought us food, which was very nice of her. The house is located on a tranquil street, but at the same time, there is a shop nearby and only about 30 minutes to the city center. All photos correspond to reality. The house has everything necessary for a comfortable stay, and we felt at home. Many thanks, Maureen, we had a lovely stay and will be happy to return to your home again!

Wonderful stay! The house was spotless, surrounded by beautiful nature, and incredibly peaceful. The host was kind, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend!

Traumhafte Lage, einfacher und problemloser Check-in, sehr sauber und es gab sogar ein paar Kleinigkeiten zur Begrüßung. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich empfehlenswert! Man fühlt sich wohl. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für Ausflüge aller Art. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt.

Such a peaceful retreat in a beautiful setting. Staying in this house was like escaping into a dream. The views were simply unreal and there were plenty of nearby sites (ring forts, beach) within walking distance. There were detailed instructions with recommendations on nearby restaurants as well. The caretaker for the home was incredibly responsive and friendly. Such a lovely home that I would happily stay at again.

This house was perfect for our needs. As a large group of adults, the number of en-suite rooms was great. The house had a wonderful large kitchen/living space, perfect for gatherings. The house was warm and beds were comfortable. Barbara was quick to respond and very helpful with our check-in and check-out arrangements. There was plenty of equipment and a well stocked cupboard of herbs and spices and odd bits that you need but don’t want to buy just for a few days. The location was perfect - 10 min walk to the centre of Bantry and the views are amazing from the house (despite the rain). We will definitely be back.

I can only concur with all the great reviews Rory has accumulated. It was a horrible wet day the day I traveled to Rory's place & after a long, miserable drive it was so welcoming to see a warm, cheering fire crackling away when I arrived. Communications with Rory were excellent throughout & the accommodation had everything I needed for my stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rory and his place to anyone contemplating visiting the area.

Five-star accommodation. Clean, comfortable, quiet with a beautiful outlook, easy parking, and a 5-10 minute walk to town. Ideal self-catering for two people who want a relaxing and comfortable stay. Janet and Michael are delightful, friendly and helpful hosts. We recommend their accommodation without reservation.

Noreen was a great host who went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had what we needed during our stay. For example, she purchased sheets for a playpen, bought milk and chocolate/cookies, and provided a change pad for our little one. Her place is very spacious and quiet. It also is great for traveling with a baby. Location wise - it is about 10-15 mins walk from the centre of town and the walk is nice. Parking was great and easy to get in and out. We would have liked to have a bit more amenities in the kitchen, just because we ate in quite a bit for dinner with our 5 month old, but that said, it was sufficient to get by. I would recommend her place.

Quick and easy drive outside of town. Beautiful property with farm animals. Maunza greeted us shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was OK. Fresh milk and eggs were a pleasant surprise. The space was exactly what we needed and expected. Thx for a great stay!!

Awesome accommodation close to cute we town with lots of shops & pubs. Peaceful setting. Loved the big walk in wardrobe! Plus a dish draining rack like I’ve never seen before!

We had a great one-night stay while driving the Ring of Kerry. The apartment was exactly as described and well equipped with everything one could need. We arrived on a sunny spring day and were able to use the outside tables for snacks and drinks. A wonderful place to stay - highly recommend.

It is a very beautiful house. Large space, fantastic views, cozy and clean. It is a perfect place to stay. Breege is a very friendly host. Unfortunately, we can only stay one night in this house because of our limited time of travel. Next time, I’ll make sure to have enough time to stay there for several days.

I can not say enough great things about this location and the hosts. We had a wonderful 4 days and can not wait to come back again. Beautiful garden and views, very clean and comfy and everything you could ever want ! Thanks so much.

Aidan’s place had all the modern conveniences and then some! It is in a safe, private building. It is also perfectly located to walk to everything in downtown Killarney and right across the street from Killarney National Park. Highly recommend!

Great spot to stay if you want to be able to get up and immediately explore Dingle town! Loved that we had plenty of space yet were within walking distance of all our interests. Would absolutely stay here again.

You know, there are places where you're greeted by a good host and the check-in is as pleasant as can be: a beautiful home, luxurious views, a convenient location. And then there are places where you're welcomed like family. And within three days, that place becomes very dear to your heart. Thank you, Joanna, for creating such an atmosphere. I’m so happy I picked this place to stay while in Dingle! The location was perfect where it felt secluded enough but still close to town and Slea Head Drive. Carmel is absolutely amazing as a host and had great recommendations. The stay had exactly everything we needed. She really has an eye for the details and is super responsive! My husband and I were really happy with our stay and wished we could’ve stayed longer. Thanks Carmel!! :)

We had a lovely stay at Nick’s place it was very peaceful and in a great location. He was always on hand to give great recommendations and couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. If we ever pop back over to this wee corner of Ireland we’d definitely stay again!

Helen was a very kind host. As we arrived even some starters like butter, marmalade, crackers, milk, yoghurt etc. were in the fridge and the whole flat was equipped with all you need to live. Sensational and nice.....we felt being home. It´s a very nice place to go hiking but also the recommended Whisky tasting was a joy. All in all, 5 stars + rating for this beautiful home.
