My home is located within the city walls, in the most picturesque and authentic part of town, making it worthy of being considered one of the most beautiful towns in the Mediterranean. The apartment, elegant and quiet despite being very centrally located (and soundproofed), occupies a typical Mediterranean style house (no elevator), with 45 m² and with a maximum capacity of 3 guests, includes the following spaces: - Spacious bedroom area with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) to ensure a restful sleep, LED lighting, blackout blinds, and a large window letting in natural light. It features a 50-inch flat-screen smart TV where you can comfortably watch your favorite TV series in your language. The room includes two bedside tables, two reading lamps, a wardrobe with a mirror, and a vanity area. Upon request and at an additional cost, we can provide an extra single bed (90 cm) in this same room for a third guest (or for a second guest who does not wish to share the king-size bed). We provide complimentary bed linen and two towels (one for the bath and one for the hand towel) per guest. - Fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, toaster, etc.) and all necessary cooking utensils. Basic cooking ingredients are provided, as well as complimentary tea, jams, and herbal infusions. Kitchen paper, dishcloth, dish soap, and a sponge are also provided, saving you the inconvenience and expense of purchasing these essential items. - Dining area with a table, comfortable wicker chairs, and access to a balcony overlooking Calle Saiz de Carlos, a picturesque area full of shops. A desk with a lamp is provided for connecting devices and working comfortably. - Large, fully equipped bathroom with a spacious double rain shower and glass enclosure. We generate our electricity from solar panels, avoid single-use plastics, and separate our waste, among other measures.

You'll love this unique, romantic or family escape. Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

This place has an excellent location. Old Town Center, a minute's walk from the Plaza of the famous Church of Altea. Located on a quiet street at the highest point in Altea, it has incredible views, almost 360 degrees, with no neighbors next door. The house has everything you need, including everything for the beach. House cleaning done only with organic products! Child-friendly house! Pets are allowed as long as they don't climb on the furniture!!! We wish you an unforgettable vacation!

Come and enjoy nature and the tranquility of a village in the mountains. Our accommodation is perfect for a couple, but with the sofa bed you can come with the kids or even two couples.
