Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Valencia

The house is ideal to go and spend a few days disconnected, you can breathe in a lot of tranquility. It's very clean inside, and well maintained. It has an outdoor area with a large barbecue that allows you to enjoy the outdoors. Maybe you need a little kitchenware - utensils for the barbecue, but it's not something that prevents you from doing it without problems. Gareth is a very kind and thoughtful host. Recommended place.

A very pleasant stay for a bachelor party. Frederic was always very attentive to everything, kind and helpful, he even adapted the sofa for one night when there were more people. A phenomenal location to spend a few days both in the house and in the pleasant surroundings that surround it. Close to natural areas to enjoy and very nice villages. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay in Valencia, the property was perfect for us. Coming at Easter was amazing with all the Easter parades in the area, which were spectacular. Great location for the beach and the seafood restaurants, as well as the historic centre and the science and art park, Jardin Turia etc. We used the Valenbisi bikes to get around they were so easy. Alejandro, was super helpful, responsive and a great host. We went to his Tapas Restaurant Casa Montana, the food, wine and service were excellent, I would highly recommend 😊

We felt right at home at Casa EI. The house, with a modern and rural style renovation, is small and charming but very comfortable and cozy, super well equipped and with all the details to make your stay easier. Both the accommodation and the village, of which we are already regulars, are well worth it if what you are looking for is tranquility and a beautiful village and landscape close to many places of interest in the Marina Alta region. Great apartment in a TOP location. Just a few minutes to the sea, shops and restaurants around the corner. The market hall is not far and the connection with public transport is perfect. Everything was clean and superbly decorated. Highly, highly recommended!

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

We had a fantastic stay at the beautiful villa. Everything was wonderfully clean upon arrival and exactly as in the pictures. The children could play football and play next to the house without having to be mindful of neighbors. David responded immediately to questions and was very helpful. This house seems too nice to be true, but nothing lied to the description. If you have any doubts, I say: absolutely book!

We were excited to visit Valencia where our college student was studying Spanish. The host, Anthony, comminicated clearly and in a timely way before check-in, during the check-in process, and throughout our stay. He was generous with suggestions for how to fully enjoy Valencia, Las Fallas, and what to expect during the festival. The building is beautiful with old-world character yet modern comforts. The main living space opens onto a pretty courtyard. It was lovely to begin the day listening to the birds while drinking coffee provided by the host. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen. Having two bathrooms was an added bonus for our family of the three. The location of the apartment was great for walking all over Valencia to its most well-known sites and not far from many of the Las Fallas festivities. If we get to visit Valencia again we would book this amazing property without hesitation! You should do the same if you want to be close to sites of Valencia.

Staying in this beautiful apartment was a great experience. Upon arrival, we were allowed to check in early, which we greatly appreciated. The house is in a quiet area without any noise at night and is in the central area of Valencia a short walk from the Central Market and close to the monuments to visit. The house is very spacious and very clean and also on arrival they welcomed us with sweets, water and milk for breakfast. Below the apartment there is a very good Italian pizzeria, very convenient when you are tired from daily walks.

We enjoyed staying at Fran's place over the holidays. The location is very walkable to most of Valencia's key attractions in the city center with plenty of nearby options for shopping and dining. The apartment was very comfortable and Fran very helpful in providing an early check-in time and answering questions. Highly recommend.

Everything was excellent, the apartment was just like the photos, everything was very clean. He left us everything we needed for the stay, not only the obvious as cutlery and dishes, but also consumables such as paper, shampoo, toothbrushes, detergent, towels, etc. His treatment was always very kind, before arriving, during and after. The place was perfect, as we were close to downtown and many places of interest. No complaints, I would definitely come back👌.

The large apartment is in a fantastic location for the beach, restaurants and local shops. These amenities are all within a few minutes walk. The apartment is large and spacious and very well equipped whether you’re staying for a few days or a longer period of time. It has a large terrace so you can enjoy the outdoor lifestyle Spain offers. From the beginning of the booking until our departure Angela has been very helpful and quick in replying to us. Giving us clear instructions on how to find the accommodation as well as recommendations on local restaurants. We would have no problems in recommending Angela’s apartment as somewhere to book if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Oliva. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay in Auras apartment,it was just like the pictures,spotlessly clean and very modern.The bed was super comfortable & the bathroom large with a great shower.Most importantly it was peaceful and quiet so we could relax and enjoy our holiday.Aura gave us some fabulous restaurant recommendations.If ever we return to València we would definitely stay here again.Thank you Aura

It was a phenomenal stay, the apartment was very clean and with everything you need for your stay. Regarding the area, we found it very accessible and beautiful, it was a 10-minute drive from the port, 30 minutes from Valencia!! We should note that we had a barbecue that we used a lot and for us, it was the best part of the stay. The host has always been very decisive and attentive to us, of course it seems to us that it is totally worth it and more so when the weather is good. The only thing that could improve is that there is no wifi, as he clearly indicates in the listing, and for long stays it would be nice.

I had a wonderful time this place is beautiful, peaceful and a cut above. Gianina was friendly, helpful and her place was beautiful and well equipped There are many restaurants. The beach is a few steps away from the house and the view is wonderful. I look forward to coming back.

Had a wonderful experience staying at this place! Everything was as described so no surprises there. I loved that everything was clean, had extra towels, did not find dust anywhere, and most of all, every appliance worked, including hot water, heater, windows/doors, etc. Well lit entrance and easy to find. The host was superb!! He went above and beyond, very responsive, helpful and very pleasant person. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The stock of ameneties here was better than many of the places we have stayed during our trip. The ground floor makes access and luggage hauling very easy. Ismailly was an excellent host. The only minor issue is the building door key - it is not a perfect fit and requires some finesse to unlock by just slightly removing the key.

Comfortable, quaint & would stay again.

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.
