We had a great weekend at Olivier's place. First of all, Olivier hosted us very warmly and we toured the accommodation with him. In addition, the accommodation is very well equipped and close to amenities. Regarding the location of the accommodation, it is located in a relatively quiet area with the possibility of parking at least 3 cars in the yard. We would recommend this listing.

Thank you to Jérôme for this beautiful house. It's tastefully decorated. It feels great. We had a great time with the family. each bedroom is large, comfortable and with its own bathroom. Just one thing I hadn't seen but as they make guest house if you rent the house for the weekend you won't be able to enjoy Sunday, you have to leave before lunch because they pick up the guesthouse part from Sunday.

The house is fantastic. Exactly what we were looking for as a large family group. Activities and space for all to enjoy around the home. Great views and centrally located. Annonay was a great place to spend time in. Would definitely stay again.

Very good weekend spent with friends with the children in this magnificent house corresponding in all respects to the description. Thank you for the flexibility on check-in and check-out times that allowed us to optimize our weekend. Although not overlooked, the neighbors are not far away and have a thin ear. It is therefore necessary to pay attention to noises: swimming pool, discussions, mood music during outdoor evenings.

Great family stay at Jean Marc's, the place is relaxing, the views are stunning, the living room offers plenty of space and we didn't feel cramped. The house is also well-equipped. Recommended!

A great place! We are delighted with this stay, in large part thanks to the proposed location The house is beautiful, comfortable and functional, the condition of the equipment is impeccable (new). The tiered outdoor spaces are really nice and were an ideal spot for hunting Easter eggs! We were able to enjoy the well heated pool, and the playground (bocce balls and molki provided😉) Sylvain and Laetitia are just adorable Really special mention to the quality of the hospitality of this accommodation Communication before the stay was easy, I felt confident even before arrival and Laetitia gave me good advice for booking a "child-friendly" restaurant. A few small details to be worked out allowed us to see the efficiency and responsiveness of these outstanding hosts who were both discreet and warm. The area is attractive, there's plenty to do, we'll be back!

An excellent stay in this villa in Ardèche! The view from the deck and pool is just "wow"! This is exactly what we expect from the area! We could have spent the day there without moving. Everything was fine when we arrived, even with little touches! Inside, it's like home, better! Instinctively, we find ourselves very quickly comfortable cooking, making compet’barbecues, and even having a movie night with a giant screen in case of rain. the outside amenities are all perfect, sunbed, aperitif area, large dining table... I recommend it!

Very responsive and kind host, the house is as described. House in a very secure residence, there are all the necessary amenities. The pool is very nice with an ideal temperature. Air conditioning is a real asset with the fans in each room. I would 100% recommend Only small downside the location for garbage cans is far away otherwise everything else is perfect.

The house is at the end of a valley. The views are great and the pool was heated. In addition, the country house is tastefully decorated and you feel comfortable! The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They know the area very well and can give very good tips. Would highly recommend!

Very nice and well equipped house. The pool is perfect and the pool house area is a real plus. The house is located in a quiet area and close to all shops (accessible in less than 10 minutes by car). Aurélien is attentive to her hosts and very responsive to requests.

Stéphanie's place was very clean and had everything we needed to have a good holiday. The location is ideal for visiting the Drome but also the Ardèche. We did not meet Stéphanie but the exchanges were smooth from the beginning, Stéphanie was very responsive. A lovely house tastefully decorated, we recommend it!
