Great stay in this small cottage , very quiet , a small cocoon with a nice decor, close to the city center and wonderful sites . The exceptional Chauvet cave, the Mas Daudet , hikes in the circus of Gens , the Dolmens ,the small villages , the old Ruoms , everything for the pleasure of the eyes ....We'll be back with pleasure. Just a downside we couldn't use the oven because the door doesn't open.

the house is great value for money, it is very well located in the city center and remains very quiet. we were 3 motorcycles and having the super large garage is ideal for us. I plan to return to Die and I will rent this place again without hesitation! perfect by the way, for the next tenants, I recommend the "hobo" restaurant in the city center, it is very good (but it is advisable to book😀). see you soon

The bathrooms are en suite, wherever you can lie down, you will find large smart TVs (for families with children curse and blessing - as always). The river bank is a minute away in an attractive location. You can paddle, swim, jump off the cliffs. The historic city center of Ruoms, which combines medieval flair with tourist strolling and shopping opportunities, is also within walking distance. Overall, this place offers an ideal combination of texture and location and guarantees a great vacation. Nat lives next door, is easily accessible, responds quickly to requests, and is discreet. Nice spacious house and garden. 15 mins walk to the city center and less than 10 to bakery and supermarket. The house is noisy (creaky floorboards, sound travels through the entire house and when it's windy, it's noticeable) and be prepared for mosquitoes in the garden. The host provided some mosquitoe coils and candles, so we managed to enjoy some meals on the patio. Noise and mosquitos aside, we enjoyed our stay in the house and visit to the area. It felt very safe and was ideal for exploring Valence.
