Very large and warm air-conditioned apartment, 2 bedrooms, very bright and sunny, in a small building with character, secured by camera, in the very peaceful neighborhood of Châteauvert in Valence, 10 minutes' walk from the Valence city train station and the hyper center. 2 non-air-conditioned bedrooms with 160 bed. A free parking space is reserved for you. Shops 2 minutes walk, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc... Vélib station 20 meters away and bus stop 10 meters away.
