An excellent stay, everything was very clean and tidy. Evelyn and her family were very attentive, always taking care of everything, always with a bag of firewood and when we arrived the cabin was warm. A natural environment, the plot itself is beautiful, with a small stream that passes through the property, everything is beautiful, very good access by both roads both to go directly to the volcano, and to go to Pucón and Villarrica. Very quiet to rest at night, zero noise. An excellent opportunity to meet and enjoy, Evelyn's parents are sweet 🙌

A very comfortable and quiet place, with a wonderful view. The tub is totally worth it and it is recommended to use it in the afternoon. It has a trail called “El Pudú” which is short but wonderful. A cozy space for a getaway. The reception service is always very cordial and friendly

It's a beautiful place to disconnect and connect with nature, full of native flora and fauna, a beautiful forest and the house is beautiful, everything inside was beautiful, it was impeccable and comfortable, they take care to leave you everything you need to have a good experience. The jacuzzi is a great place to enjoy. Fully recommended!!

The accommodation has an excellent location, it is between the Huilo Huilo trails and very close to Puerto Fuy. We only stayed one night but if we could have, it's definitely a very comfortable place to stay for more days.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional warmth by Robinson and Jenny. The kindness and availability of our hosts exceeded all expectations. The project is integrated into a natural environment, offering spectacular views of the forest that invite relaxation. We had the opportunity to plant a tree and contribute directly to the reforestation of the project, a precious gesture that adds significant value to the stay. The outdoor tub was perfect; enjoy a warm bath under a starry sky, surrounded by the tranquility of the countryside. It really is the perfect place for those looking for city amenities in a rural setting. The cabin has everything you need for a comfortable stay, which makes it easy to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle. In addition, its proximity to places of interest allowed us to explore the surroundings without problems. We liked it so much that we came back to repeat the stay.

An ideal place to rest, they waited for us with the fireplace on (which is greatly appreciated when it's cold). The cabin has everything we need.

We let ourselves be carried away by the publication and the photographs that describe the place... we were not wrong and it is much better. The house is very comfortable and functional, it has everything you need for a very good stay without having to look for anything outside, spacious areas, kitchen with everything, and fully connected, which allowed us to work without any problems and connected at all times. We were looking for a cold experience, and we had a good one, rich forest, with firewood at hand. The spectacular setting, in the middle of the native forest with plenty of space to walk and breathe. Close to the volcano (snow very close) and a few minutes from Pucón, very close. Special mention for the hosts, Moises and Marcela, who were always attentive to our stay and provided us with good communication and support in whatever we needed. In short, we were very happy with Lorena and Nala.

A place with everything you need for your stay, very nice and spacious gardens. Totally recommended to visit, even with a pet.

Lovely place to stay. Beautiful views of the lake and volcano. Nice host. They even offered to wash our clothes! I recommend it to everyone.

The proximity of the hot springs is what led me to choose the cabin. The environment is very pleasant, it has Starlink satellite internet, which surprised me a lot. I really liked the cleanliness of the rooms, since the sheets were new. For me, it's a really important detail. The cabin is just as it appears in the photos.

Very nice place, quiet, clean and very comfortable. The environment, nothing to say, nice and quiet, if you want to disconnect and at the same time be close to the city, this is the place. The lady was very kind, attentive and caring, she gave us blackberries, jam and when we left, quesitos. Access with automatic gate, safe and easy to get to. We lack the words to describe the experience we had in the cabin, disconnecting from the world and living in the forest. Really a beautiful, cozy, comfortable place, with everything you need to rest without worries in the middle of a reserve full of places to visit, the attentive host. The cabin is full of details to live a unique experience, from the music that Carlos shares in his cabin, to the books, the view, everything! 1000% recommended.

A wonderful place to rest and disconnect, it has everything you need. Karla helped us with the necessary directions for arrival, the operation of the bosca and general assistance by responding very quickly. Highly recommended

The place is really beautiful, the setting is very natural, the cabin is very nice and cozy. One point to improve is perhaps that, being a very high cabin, the heat from the stove rises, and the secondary bedroom is a little cold, but the cabin is very well equipped with blankets and duvets. The other point to improve is that the stairs are very steep, and you have to go up and down very carefully, but you can hold on very well to the handrails built from tree branches and trunks. Alexi, Deysi's brother, is passionate about nature and takes care to keep the environment very nice. He is even building a trail through the native forest. The road to get to the place is not paved, but it is perfectly passable, we went in a sedan car and arrived without problems, considering that the last day it was raining a lot, we had no problems. 100% recommended!

The stay was as described in the publication, close to neltume and attractions in the area. They could add hangers or something to store clothes in the room, as there was nothing and for a long stay it can be uncomfortable. They have a pellet stove but they only deliver it with one load, and because of the date it was very cold, we had to buy a bag from them.
