The apartment is super cozy and nice. It has everything you need for a nice vacation. Paloma is super friendly and answers super fast. I really loved this place

Our stay was very pleasant, the accommodation was easy to find, the complex is surrounded by greenery, the apartment in addition to being very nice, had everything you need, cook with comfort, the shower with good pressure and good hot water, the comfortable bed, the washing machine impeccable, the balcony super nice, a well used space, the garage super comfortable for parking and last but not least, Claudia was very friendly and attentive. I recommend it!!!

Comfortable place for two people with everything you need, we stayed almost a week, the condominium is very quiet, very friendly guards and willing to answer any questions as well as the host. The place can be a little uncomfortable if you don't have a car, since it's not in downtown Pucón. You can walk there, but if you're going to be there for a week, it'll be exhausting. The first few days we got around with Uber, very accessible, and then we rented a car at the casino, which was quite comfortable and cheaper than paying for a tour. The apartment does not have a hairdryer, but other than that everything was great, it was a great trip and stay!

The complex is beautiful, very green, neat, with security at the entrance. Large and clean pool, it is not heated. The apartment matches the photos, nice decoration details, some details for guests like coffee, salt, oil. It's a small apartment for 4 people, I think for a couple with a small child it's fine. We had a little detail of finding some debris from previous guests but Daniela immediately sent someone to clean. It was a nice stay. I recommend the place is very nice. We would come back.

We loved the apartment. It was comfortable, it was very clean and with an exquisite aroma at the time of entry. We contacted Vicente to enter at night and the Check In was very simple, with all the steps very clear. We were struck by the spaciousness of the American kitchen table which allowed us to cook with very good space. Comfortable beds, impeccable bathrooms, everything clean and for immediate use. The location we love, quickly you reach the center of Pucón and better yet at the volcano. Definitely highly recommended and we will be back!!

The apartment is the same as in the photos and impeccable. Gema responded to everything and was very helpful. The center is about a 6-minute drive away, so it's close to get around by car or taxi. The sofa bed is very comfortable. I recommend it.

We didn't hear any annoying noise from any other apartment and the location is great for going out to the lake in the mornings. Excellent apartment and location had supermarket next door and pharmacy nearby easy to get to very comfortable the depa had heating everything beside hand , I would go back to the same place at another opportunity and the hostess worried about giving the check-in information and also the cleanliness
