The apartment is not in the downtown area,but by car you move very well. Worth the place is nice and quiet. The apartment is just like the photos , comfortable beds,spacious, TV ,terrace an incredible view from the master bedroom. Alejandra excellent Host. There is sugar,salt the basics to cook something. I would definitely come back.

Thanks to Pablo for the stay, the apartment and the location were incredible, my partner and I felt very comfortable, in fact we didn't want to leave haha, the apartment was very nice, tidy and complete, and Pablo was always attentive, a pleasure.

The stay was a very nice experience. The hosts take good care and are very professional, happy to share places and tips about the area. The place is also well secured. The cabin is comfortable and pleasant for an optimal stay. The only negative point (because I'm sensitive to this) is the noise from the road just above that bothered me, and the staff found a solution very quickly :)

Excellent apartment, everything as described. Comfortable, equipped with everything you need, safe, with common recreation areas, beautiful view of the Villarica volcano and very good location. Everything was very good with the hosts, Claudia was always attentive to inquiries and very kind. I highly recommend it.

The stay was very pleasant, in general the apartment is comfortable, very conveniently located next to restaurants, parks, a mini-market, but also very quiet, and with a beautiful view. The laundry is very good, lots of washing machines and dryers in excellent condition (very useful if you stay for a longer period). It was the perfect size for us and our teenage son. There were a couple of cleaning/maintenance issues, but overall, I would recommend the apartment anyway because by solving a couple of things the stay was great!

Excellent apartment, I went with my wife and my 3 children and the best part is that it has 3 swimming pools, a synthetic grass baby soccer field, and games for the little ones! Nothing to say, the children can have fun on their own while you're at home! Excellent apartment, I would definitely go again!

It was a very good stay. We arrived and Anicet was kindly waiting for us at the entrance. The place is just like the photos and very neat and clean. It is ideal for 2 people. I went with my partner and we didn't have any issues whatsoever. It has oil, tea, and crockery for whatever you need. The view of the volcano is very beautiful. Anicet provided us with Neltume history books and Uber contacts for transportation. A very good experience. We'll be back!

The cabins have everything you need for your stay, it is very close to downtown on foot and the neighborhood is a quiet residential place. Carmen was very attentive to our arrival and was available for anything we needed.

Our experience was fabulous. We stayed 5 nights. The view of the volcano is amazing. Although the apartment is for two people, it had everything you need. Beautiful decor. Lots of details. The location is great. Close to downtown. Close to tourist attractions. Danilo got in touch before check-in. He gave us all the directions easily. He always answered immediately. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay in Pucón. The apartment is well equipped, very nicely decorated and comfortable. Calm and private surroundings. It is about a 30-minute walk to downtown. Our messages were answered quickly and kindly.

The dpto. is exactly as listed in the listing. Nuevo e impeccable. Nadia always responded quickly and cordially. The condo is a safe, family and quiet place. We will definitely take it into account on our next visit to Villarrica!
