We spent 10 days at Patricio's house. There were 9 of us and we were always very comfortable. The view of Lake Neltume is second to none. A nice terrace to share with the family, beautiful gardens, ample space to leave the cars. Access to the lake and above all, a lot of tranquility. There are many things to visit in the surrounding areas, such as the Huilo Huilo Biological Reserve (different portals that offer self-guided activities), Puerto Fuy, Lake Pirihueico. Also Panguipulli, the Mocho Choshuenco National Reserve, among many other attractions. I recommend Patricio's house 100% for large groups and for those seeking tranquility and privacy.

A very nice place, the cabin is very comfortable, very well equipped, everything was clean and impeccable, the hot tub was available and warm 24/7, the view was wonderful. Victoria is always very friendly, answering all our questions questions. Overall a 10/10

A spacious bed with a soft grey and pink coverlet is complemented by decorative pillows. Two bedside tables with lamps are positioned on either side, while a wall hanging of woven material adds a cozy touch to the neutral-toned room. Light-filtering shades cover the large window.

Beautiful Studio Apartment in the best Location

The apartment is very well located, close to the two shopping malls and close to the waterfront. Everything is done on foot without taking out the car. The apartment doesn't have parking, but the host got us one in the same building. The check-in instructions are clear and both the host and co-host are very friendly and helpful. We'd go back.

I had a really nice stay. The property is a true treasure, steps from a private beach with stunning views that made every sunrise and sunset magical. The location is excellent, very close to Valdivia and a few minutes to take the ferry to Corral. The house is safe, comfortable and welcoming, which makes you feel very comfortable. However, I must mention that the area can be somewhat noisy because of the motorcycles on the road, although from sunset that ceases to be an issue. Also, the entrance to the property is a bit dangerous due to a blind curve and lack of visibility when entering. Despite these details, it was a very positive experience.

One more year in a simply spectacular house in Pilar, a wonderful place, direct access to the lake, the house has all the comforts to feel at home and Pilar is an excellent host, very attentive if we required anything. We were two families and the rooms well prepared for everyone. Totally recommended.

Excellent for disconnecting, nature, away from noise and in a beautiful setting. Excellent service and the cabin has everything. In addition, close to everything, beaches, landmarks and you can go by boat to the center of Valdivia leaving directly from the site's pier. Additionally, for a fairly reasonable price, you can use the kayaks Nelson has available.

I spent an amazing stay in this house in front of Lago Calafquén. The house is spacious, comfortable and fully equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The location is unbeatable, with a spectacular view and a peaceful setting that truly invites you to rest. Francisca was always on the lookout for what she was asked, very worried. Also, I would like to emphasize that the space was very suitable for traveling with an older adult with reduced mobility, which made our experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. Undoubtedly, a 100% recommended place for those looking for comfort, nature and tranquility. I would return without hesitation!

A fantastic place to feel lost on a vast and wild beach with nobody around. The cabin was perfect and had everything you could need even a blender for your pisco sours. Francisco was very easy to communicate with and we had no problems finding it, he provided us with fire wood and even charcoal for a bbq. Don’t think twice, it was perfect. Thank you X

We had a week and everything was impeccable, Francisca's directions were very clear and the communication was fluid for the fair and necessary (the respect of the space in that sense is appreciated).. the apartment is spacious as the photos and the location is excellent. Totally recommended for rest and recreation steps to the coast/lake.. an option if or if to leave inside the ones for the future.

Very good accommodation experience. We really enjoyed the apartment, the views from the terrace and the lake. Everything was impeccable, just like in the photos. We hope to repeat our stay there.

For some, it may seem a little old and outdated, but for me, it is a real gem full of charm and personality. The location is simply excellent, and the patio is a great plus, perfect for both winter and summer. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The house is very nice, comfortable and spacious for large groups. Best: the view of the lake (very easy access to this from the garden) and the availability of lounge chairs, chitasoles, kayaks and beach toys for children. That made us have a very restful and entertaining vacation. Ignacio answers the doubts very quickly so highly recommended!

The house is larger than what is seen in photos, everything is very clean, the kitchen has everything you need. Very comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms all with shower. The pool is very nice and the surroundings are very nice, you can walk and see a waterfall. We have 2 pets (perritas) and in the place there are 3 big but loving dogs, they did not present a problem for us, they are also in general in their home with the caretaker. Paul and Susana are good hosts, attentive and friendly, we would definitely come back.
