We were very pleased with our stay! Everything was as described and you felt right at home. It is a very modern house and the wellness area as well as the room were adequately decorated and clean. There were a lot of loving details such as a welcome greeting, small snacks and tea in the wellness or the individually prepared breakfast. By bike, it was very fast to get to Lake Ledro and also small local supermarkets could be reached. Carlotta was very friendly and always easy to reach. We highly recommend it and wish everyone who follows this recommendation a relaxing time!

I highly recommend it,the place was magical,you woke up and you could see the Alps from your bed. Markus very helpful very nice person and so did his family,even if it wasn't a good place we would go again just for Markus. When we revisit the Italian Alps only there we will stay. We had a great week in La Punt. The apartment is built and decorated in the traditional Engadine style, with great tiled stove. The location on the outskirts just off the marathon trail is ideal for cross-country skiers. Ski cellar for alpine and cross-country skiing equipment are provided, as are an underground parking space. We felt very comfortable in the apartment.

For the 2nd time winter sports in Peio, the cottage is also discussed for next year. We find it a wonderful place, full of comforts, nice and warm upon entering and neatly clean. We feel at home! Nice ski area, ideal with children!

The place is great. It was next to a slope so it was so comfortable to start skiing. The apartment was small but full of everything you need. I appreciate kitchen utensils because we could cook pasta with local ingredients and many sharp knives. Also I appreciate cleaning equipment and cleaning detergents so the place was clean all the time. The only one misunderstanding was paying for sheets but towels were not included so we had to buy it in local hotel. The host gave us discount for this misunderstanding

Spectacular apartment with a large comfortable space with every comfort, beautiful outdoor terrace from which to admire the valley and spectacular loft. Very comfortable mattresses, five-star shower. Kitchen equipped with all the necessary amenities for quick cooking. Carol is a chic: very kind and hospitable.

Well-appointed apartment, completely new. Very clean. The bedding is of good quality. There are hooks for our clothes and plenty of storage. We enjoyed the very pleasant location, in the village, allowing you to walk to the restaurant, the bakery or the Volg. We really liked the terrace, with a garden all around to relax. We (family 2 adults, 2 children 11+13 years) had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, cozy and exactly as described. Location was perfect, everything was easily accessible. It’s amazing! It’s an entire building in Grosotto, 20 minutes from Bormio lift (ski), 3 minutes from Grosio where you can find good restaurants. Elio and Giovanna were extremely helpful, they even have local wines you can grab and pay them at the end. Fully renovated building, amazing spaces and it has a lift inside the building. Two parking spaces in front of the house. Highly recommended!

Nice place in quiet area

We had a lovely stay at Antonio’s beautiful and perfectly clean place. Everything was perfect, and the views are incredible. He was very accommodating too with our late check in, and helps us with taxis

We loved the home and have no complaints! I had several questions and the host responded very quickly. Very clean and just a quick walk to the water. Restaurant recommendations were excellent. We met the woman who cleans and she was very helpful to us as we were getting ready to leave. I highly recommend this place.

Renate's house is paradisiacally secluded on top of the mountain with beautiful views. Next door, a flock of sheep and green lush meadows. Inside, wonderfully cozy and yet modern elements. Good for friends with kids.

Luca is very friendly and waited for us until we arrived passed 11pm. His place is located in a very peaceful and quiet area, walking distance to a small supermarket and lake Ledro. The entire place is very clean and big enough for three people..and even two dogs. Unfortunately, some of his explanations on the website weren't translated until English so I was unaware that I had to pay some extra costs for my dogs. But it was fine, we figured a way out to wire Luca his deserved money. I can totally recommend this area to everyone who likes the relaxed mountain area of the northern part of lake Garda. Everyone who likes hiking, cycling and strolling around narrow alleys of Italian villages is here in the right place.

We had a wonderful weekend at Sabrina’s place. The flat was cozy and clean, and with the beautiful weather, we were able to enjoy the sun in the garden. Sabrina was a fantastic host—always supportive and very responsive.

Our stay was excellent, the building is a set of airbnb, so it's very professional everything goes perfectly. A lot of touches like self-service umbrellas, door locks for the elevator, a map of hiking with level curves we really enjoyed. It took us a few minutes to find because the street was in several perpendicular sections, so our browser was lost, maybe a small drawing could help. Fortunately we had the photo of the outside of the building we found it thanks to the shape of the balconies😁. The mountain views are very soothing. I recommend it with both hands.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Sondrio can't beat the location and the apartment has everything you can think of for your stay. Elena was a wonderful host and will stay here again when I come back.

We chose the place for a few days of relaxation. Lake Tennes is super, 5 minutes' walk via a footpath (with steep stairs) directly behind the house or 3 minutes by MTB. Spent 2 days at the lake - including swimming and took a very nice MTB bike tour (Vespana Tour no. 740). Highly recommended - especially the stop at the San Pietro mountain hut. Dining options in the small village of Tenno are limited, but a few minutes by car you can reach nicer restaurants. The kitchen in the apartment is super equipped and we mostly took care of ourselves and enjoyed our food on the large terrace. Also very nice pool area - all around the grounds are much larger than you can see in the photos and in the description. We can only confirm the other positive reviews. Very nice apartment, clean and spacious and very nice hosts. There's even a way to charge the electric car right by the house.

We were so happy with Ezio, both are a charming couple and very friendly. We felt very welcome and like at home

The location of the apartment is fantastic, very close to the lake. Shopping facilities are within walking distance, the transport connection (bus) is also convenient to be able to do a lot even in the rain. Martina is very accommodating and warm. Glad to come back!
