Waterfront vacation rentals in Valbandon

Loved staying at Giordano's place. Location was perfect. Close to everything. We walked everywhere. We loved having the apartment with kitchen and washing machine. The unit is the located on the top floor and the view out to the harbor was great.

Stoja è veramente comoda e tranquilla come zona, con la macchina si arriva in 7/8 min nel centro di Pola. Noi abbiamo preferito spostarci con il bus perché molto pratico:in massimo 12/13 min si arriva alla fermata centrale ( Fermata Giardini 3 p&r), avendo una carta ricaricabile ( che Bernarda ci ha fatto trovare già sul tavolo con circa 7 euro all'interno 😍) ogni viaggio costa solo 0.90 €. La fermata è ad un minuto dall'appartamento. Sempre nei dintorni si trova il centro commerciale Max City e un panificio. La spiaggia si trova a un minuto a piedi ed è meravigliosa 😍 ovviamente è rocciosa ma quasi come tutte le spiagge qui. Sull'appartamento c'è poco da dire, piccolo ma bello. La veranda ed il giardino con vista sul mare molto suggestivo, letto comodo, cucina Ben attrezzata e Abbiamo usufruito anche della lavatrice. Bernarda, suo marito e la piccola Dotty sono veramente gentili e disponibili. Li ringraziamo di vero Cuore e speriamo di rivederci ancora ❤️

Igor was very helpful on arrival and at departure. The beds were very comfortable. The stand out features of the flat are windows on almost all sides, and a balcony with a lovely view of the sea. It does overlook a road and a car park, so sometimes it's a bit noisy, but that's absolutely worth it for the amazing views of the boats and the sea. We saw cruise ships, dolphins, and gorgeous sunsets and did lots of people watching from the balcony. We loved it!

Eine bestens ausgestattete und komfortable Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und konnten die Zeit Dank der tollen Wohnung und Lage genießen. Darko war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und das gab uns ein gutes Gefühl - wirklich tolle Gastgeber.

L'appartamento era esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio, pulito e accogliente. L'host è stato molto disponibile e gentile, Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno, consiglio vivamente questo alloggio. L'host è stato molto accogliente e mi ha fatto sentire subito a mio agio. La posizione dell'alloggio era ottima, comoda per raggiungere le principali spiagge.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön gelegen an einem kleinen Waldstück in Fußnähe zum Strand. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Personen und der Platz hat gut für alle gereicht, lediglich die Küche war ein wenig eng, was jedoch nicht schlimm war. Wir haben alles sehr sauber vorgefunden und uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse und die Balkonen waren ein Highlight. Alles in Allem ist das Apartment von Petra sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist super schön und sehr sauber; die Küche toll ausgestattet - alles wie auf den Fotos. Der nahegelegene Kiesstrand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar - mit netter Strandbar zum Wohlfühlen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen - wir mögen es gerne etwas ruhiger, der Strand war nicht überlaufen. Zum Einkaufen und für des Restaurantbesuch benötigt man aber das Auto.

Vanja's apartment is located a short and easy 1km walk to the center of town. The parking spot is great. The beds for us, were quite comfortable. We enjoyed our time there.

Wir hatten zu viert eine wundervolle Zeit in Milkas und Igors Haus. Fantastisch sind die Badebuchten, haben wir meist jedoch mit dem Auto aufgesucht, und auf dem Grundstück der wahnsinnige Gemüsegarten, wo wir die leckersten Tomaten 🍅 genossen haben sowie Paprika, Zucchini etc. Besonders toll war auch die Außendusche und dass wir umgeben von grüner Landschaft waren.

Muy buena experiencia, justo a unos pasos del mar, muy bien ubicado y muy amplio. Atendieron rápidamente nuestras solicitudes y fue un excelente lugar para descansar y salir a caminar.

Only positive things about Jasmin. He was helpful and friendly and is flexible, which are the most important things for his work. Rovinj was magical as always.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt - ein privater Strand ist direkt daneben, zum Ort geht man 5 Minuten und wundervolle Spazier-Wege sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Gastgeber waren gut erreichbar und als etwas in der Wohnung nicht funktionierte wurde das Problem prompt behoben. Die Küche ist sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet - zum Kochen ist alles da was man braucht. Sveta Marina ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort und man kann sich hier gut erholen. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Cristian was exceptionally helpful from meeting us at the port & escorting us to our house to organising transport upon leaving. He provided great local advice also. The house is beautiful, easily accessible and in the heart of the old town. Rovinj is stunning & we can’t wait to return. No recommendation is too high. Jack.

It was a wonderful time for our family and friends. We felt there like a family members, got a lot of recommendation about beaches, restaurants, places where we could buy high quality wine and olive oil. I highly recommend the stay at Villa Blu & Villa Sol. Clean swimming pool, amazing view. All you need for a perfect holidays.

Wir haben 11 Tage in der Unterkunft von Alica verbracht, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Leider war die erste Woche (ab Mitte April) verregnet und windig, so dass wir nicht soviel unternehmen konnten. Aber die zweite Woche hat uns mit 20 Grad und purer Sonne entschädigt. Bei Regen ist die Wohnung etwas kühl (es gibt aber Heizung) und man merkt die etwas ältere Bausubstanz, was bei gutem Wetter kein Problem ist. Es war alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht, sogar eine Babybadewanne. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Betten sind bequem. Der Ausblick in den Garten u.a. auf einen Olivenbaum und die Meerzunge, die in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar ist, waren einfach wunderbar. Es gibt in der Gegend herrliche Strände und Klippen, die mit dem Auto in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar sind- man kann hier wunderbar entschleunigen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Prima host en top co-host, spreken erg goed Duits. Beide heel erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Let even op: appartement is op de 2e verdieping, en alleen met trap te bereiken. Goede bank en prima boxspring. Hele goede keuken, let wel alleen snelfilter koffie apparaat.

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

Apartman je jako čist, uredan i odlično opremljen. Domaćica Doris je vrlo draga i susretljiva te nam je dala odlične prijedloge za aktivnosti u Fažani.

Anna's place had everything we needed for our 5 day summer trip. The location is the best, especially with kids: restaurants, little shops and the beautiful sea/beach close by. The konoba in front of the apartment, had 2 nights with live music until midnight, which was not the best for a good nights sleep. Communication with Anna was easy. Still it was a perfect stay and we enjoyed our time in Anna's apartment.

Very clean ans spacious flat with easy access to local beach. Second floor but stairs not steep. Feels like home. Large balcony with parasol table and chairs so perfect for morning breakfast or even lunch with a sea view. Very easy access to Pula city center as well as easy transit to north of Istria. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families. We’ve enjoyed every minute of being there. Overall very good experience - thank you!

Absolutely loved this apartment. The windows lookout to the sea and there's a wonderful spot with steps down to the water just a short walk away. Hosts were incredibly flexible, accommodating, provided several recommendations, and walked me around town to give me a feel of where things were. Loved Rovinj + loved this spot.

You could not ask for a better location or view! Lovely apartment, very comfortable! I had a great stay!

Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden ( Spültabs, Klopapier,Geschirrtücher…) sogar ein Willkommens-Geschenk! Schöne Terrasse. WLAN ist stabil. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit !!! Parkplatz vorhanden ( Auto von Vorteil) Die Lage in einem angenehmen Wohngebiet in Pula. Die Nähe zu den Stadtstränden perfekt mit dem Auto ca 5-10 Minuten (tolle Buchten rund um Pula) selbst zu Fuß wäre es möglich. Ein Bäckerei + Lebensmittelladen + sehr gute Pizzeria in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und wie daheim gefühlt. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Wenn es sehr heiß ist (wir hatten 38 C) ist es auch in den Schlafzimmern sehr warm da dort keine Klimaanlage ist, aber das ist halt im Sommer so. Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt Mara 👍👍👍
