Vacation rentals with lake access in Val-de-Marne

Being in a new country you never know what to expect. Roman and Charlottes beautiful home went above and beyond expectations. We had a fantastic stay and although the sites of Paris are mind blowing my favourite day was walking around their neighbourhood discovering rivers, beautiful architecture and great eating spots. The people were incredibly friendly and kind. Thanks for making our trip so memorable.

Wir waren mit 10 Personen in der Unterkunft. Wir würden den Gastgebern auch Recht geben, dass die Unterkunft grundsätzlich für 9 Personen geeignet ist. Folgendes sollte man wissen: Das Haus recht hellhörig ist. Wenn alle einen ähnlichen Rhythmus haben, ist das aber kein Problem. Schön wären Möglichkeiten zum hängen und ablegen von Kleidung in allen Zimmern. In 2 Zimmern war nur jeweils eins möglich. Die Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich wie beschrieben. Schöne Küche, genug Geschirr, bequeme Betten, gute Lage. Caroline hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet (max.15 Minuten), war sehr Lösungsorientiert und immer sehr freundlich😀 Danke dafür!🫶🏽

The house is located away from the chaotic center of Paris and near the Bois de Vincennes. Frank was always available and responsive and his house was a really peaceful niche as in the pictures. It’s a REAL house where Frank lives normally, so you will find everything you need for your stay. Adequate for up to 4 adults (2 rooms with a double bed each). Two points to consider: 1. Open and slippery, the in-house staircase would not be completely secure for little children. 2. If you are not accustomed to squeaking parquet or partition with plasterboard, noise generated from inside could bother you. On the other hand, the house is well isolated from the noise of the outside.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

A little piece of heaven, quiet and peaceful. The hosts were outstanding, met us on arrival and helped with our luggage, the family were very polite and helpful. Magali took us around the accommodation. Aircon in both bedrooms which was a lovely treat. bottled water and beer in the fridge. The little boat across the river to the accommodation was so nice and a great experience. It was easy to find your way around the area. There is a local outdoor swimming pool with diving boards which was nice. €5. per child and €8 per adult, this was a great experience too! all in all so nice to find this little gem of a place and would recommend it.

je recommande le logement de fatal. il y a le nécessaire pour passer une bonne nuit entre le train et l'avion. le fait que fatal soit taxi et qu'il puisse venir nous chercher et nous déposer pour un prix raisonnable à l'aéroport est très appréciable. son fils nous a donné de bons conseils pour les fasts food au alentour. parfait

Das Appartement von Janet ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist ruhig gelegen und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es fehlt an nichts. Janet ist sehr freundlich, war sehr flexibel was die Schlüsselübergabe angeht und hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un superbe séjour ! Le logement est spacieux et très bien équipé. Résidence sécurisée. On recommande vivement !

Apartamento amplo, com fino acabamento, bairro super tranquilo, com um shopping com Carrefour próximo. O único porém é a distância para Paris de transporte público, é melhor estar com carro alugado, considerando que tem estacionamento gratuito na acomodação.

Sandra est une hôte attentive et très arrangeante. L'appartement est chaleureux, propre et nous avons passé un moment très agréable. Je recommande vraiment cet agréable appartement. Merci beaucoup Sandra

First class accommodation, would highly recommend! Beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds. Very clean and well presented. Plenty of amenities, lovely quiet location, with lots of shops nearby. Metro within walking distance. Check in and check out was very easy. Alexandra was so friendly and very helpful with lots of local knowledge. Would come again, thank you!

Ramy was a great host. The apartment has everything you need and is in a great location with easy access to public transport. It was a really easy stay in a home from home.

Ohne Auto wären wir verloren gewesen. Die Wohnung liegt weit weg vom touristischen Hotspot und es gibt keine nahe U-Bahnstation.Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher in der Wohnung gefühlt .Unser Auto konnten wir direkt am Haus parken ohne Gebühren. Es gibt einen kleinen „Tante Emma“ Laden um die Ecke und die Gegend ist sehr neu und sauber. Der Vermieter ist jung und gut über das Handy zu erreichen . Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht im neusten Stand . Vom Balkon aus guckt man direkt auf die Seine . Ich empfehle die Wohnung gerne weiter!

grote, nette woning met ruime parkeer mogelijkheden. grote slaapkamers en een aparte eetkamer en aparte woonkamer. Erg prettig.

Our family had an amazing time at Khady’s properties. It was well decorated, extremely clean and perfect location to go to Disneyland. The breakfast was also amazing! The kids loved it! Thank you very much for your great service!
