Simona was immediately present from the reservation during the stay and at the end. We had a mishap with the boiler and you online resolved everything. I think you could count on you 24 hours a day!!!. The place is complete with everything. We hope to be back soon!!! Thank you!!

The host is very friendly, responds very quickly, the accommodation is clean, the room is spacious, fully equipped. From the accommodation it is very close to walk around Lake Lecco.

Wonderful place to stay! We have visited Lake Como many times but this was our favorite place to stay for our three week visit. It had everything you would need for a long visit and the view took our breath away! Claudia was so helpful and available for any thing we asked her about. Highly recommend it!

Vanessa is very friendly, and her home is cozy and beautifully situated. We had a lovely weekend in Rossa and I will happily be back in the future.

Daniele's house looks like a modern cabin with an unusual exterior design and perfect interior construction. It is very pleasant to stay in a newly built house where everything is new and works perfectly. In a few months, we imagine that the external parts can be finished and made pleasantly usable. The area is very quiet with beautiful views and no disturbance. We'd come back again as soon as you can enjoy the large outdoor spaces in the summer.

We had a wonderful time in this apartment in Tremezzo on Lake Como. The location is perfect: quiet yet in close proximity to numerous restaurants, bars as well as the ferry coasters and the fantastic botanical garden of Villa Carlotta – all within walking distance. The apartment itself is superbly equipped, tastefully furnished and immediately conveys a sense of well-being. We particularly enjoyed the small, separate garden, which offers privacy and gives a magnificent view of the lake – ideal for relaxing. A note for those arriving by car: the garage belonging to the apartment is a big plus, but the path leads to an extremely narrow and steep alley. Here, driving skills are in demand, not for faint of nerves. Overall an absolutely recommended place to stay for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in one of the most beautiful regions of Italy!

We stayed in this beautiful apartment in Alta Val Seriana and we can only recommend it! The accommodation is very clean, well-kept and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal for those who want to regenerate themselves in the quiet of nature: nestled in the heart of the Orobie Park, it is the perfect starting point for thoughtful walks, away from the hustle and bustle. Every day we woke up with the opportunity to explore pristine trails and breathtaking views. It is ideal for both hiking enthusiasts and those simply seeking relaxation and silence. A real haven for body and mind. We'll definitely be back

The apartment is clean, comfortable, and convenient. Communication is easy, and Stefano and Beatrice are very responsive to any queries. The town of Colico is quaint and walkable, with access to swimming, hiking, biking, and varied watersports. I recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Colico.

A really lovely hideaway in a beautiful valley! Free parking available directly outside the apartment, and the views are spectacular. The apartment is super clean and stays warm in the winter. The shower is excellent! We cooked our own dinner for a couple of nights and found everything we needed - utensils, spices, napkins, etc. Elena was a fantastic host, explaining the local restaurants and sights to us. Everything about our stay was perfect!

Accommodation in the center, a stone's throw from the slopes. Recently renovated and very pleasant, complete with everything you need for your stay. Easy communication and very responsive host.

Place is very lovely and cosy. We had all we needed for a great stay! I appreciated that there was already olive oil, basic spices, even shampoo, and cleaning products. So we didn't need to buy products we won't consume during our stay.

The apartment is excellent! Very spacious, with all the utilities available. Very comfortable and in a great location especially for those who want to ski in Piani de Bobbio. Few steps from the shuttle to the station. We had a great stay and we wanted to extend our vacation but it was a shame that the apartment was already occupied. Extremely responsive host. One of the best experiences. The house is really wonderful. Finely renovated, with great care for elements and materials. Very spacious kitchen, ideal meeting place also for pre/post dinner and definitely well supplied with appliances and utensils (even Sanelli knives, like ours). We stayed for 3 days of skiing, so we didn't take advantage of the garden, but it turns out to be a fantastic outdoor space for the summer. Access to the ground floor is very convenient for leaving jackets, shoes and helmets. The bathrooms are comfortable and functional, with comfortable and spacious showers, especially for those like us who have children to shower at the end of the day. Antonio is a thoughtful, helpful, very attentive and extremely responsive Host. Convenient and clear self check-in access, with a nice video guide with which it is impossible not to find the access, in the pedestrian area. From the house we walked to the Snow Eagle, with a 10-minute walk, leaving the equipment at the slopes. To be repeated!!!

Baita Ca Maria is located in the middle of nature on a mountain. Direct view of the lake around the corner. Accommodation is very lovingly furnished. Details make the little cabin a home away from home. There are opportunities to sit outside. The cabin is a short walk away.

The place was wonderful - small, cosy and beautifully done, with panoramic views of the river, Bormio and the Alps from the front door. Everything inside was of a great quality and the bed was super comfy. Above all though, Sabrina was the best host I've ever had - super friendly, helpful and just a very happy, positive energy, which made the stay more than memorable. I will definitely be looking to stay in one of her apartments again as I know every little last detail will be taken care of. Thank you Sabrina! :-)

We spent there 10 days and it was a wonderful time. We just loved the silence, to hear the birds singing and watching the cows on their way out every morning ;) Contact with Gianfranco and his wife was very friendly, they gave us some good recommendations and we just want to say THANK YOU for sharing this lovely home!!!

Beautiful cabin in a quiet area, equipped with everything you need, recently renovated also with a view to energy efficiency. Thoughtful and cozy, all made of wood inside. Downstairs rooms make life easy if you have children. It's just a shame that walking is a little too long, but it's 3 minutes by car. Recommended!
