Chalet immerso nel verde, nel cuore della Valtellina. Località molto tranquilla e strategica per gli spostamenti, a 10 minuti Tirano e dal confine con la Svizzera. Aprica e Bormio con le piste da sci e i bagni termali distano circa 25km. Il Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio e Livigno raggiungibili in 1 ora circa. Punto di partenza per passeggiate su sentieri panoramici, piste ciclabili, Passo del Mortirolo, Valgrosina. Nelle vicinanze ristoranti e agriturismi con vasta scelta enogastronomica.

La casa è molto particolare e caratteristica: interamente in pietra, ristrutturata, stretta e lunga, è posta su una piazzetta con accanto la chiesa di San Bartolomeo e l'ex monastero dei frati Umiliati e Cluniacensi risalente tredicesimo secolo, con una splendida vista sulla vallata. A disposizione degli ospiti l'appartamento sito al secondo piano con annessa una deliziosa mansarda in legno. La casa è sulla Strada dei Vini e la Via dei Terrazzamenti ed è in posizione ottimale per trekking, ecc.

Enjoy staying in our big and cozy chalet only 40m from the lakeshore. Our chalet is located in the typical Italian International Sport Camping in Porlezza (Italy). 500-meter beach, mountains + lake views, big swimming pool (summer period), and other facilities will make a great vacation for couples and families with children. The chalet can accommodate up to 6 people and is fully furnished and equipped.

Nice cottage, recently renovated, at the feet of mount Grigna, starting point of easy trekkings or more challenging climbings. City of Lecco (10 minuts by car) and other touristics villages of Lake Como are easy accessible by public transport, too. We can speak Italian, English and German.
