With its location and facilities, the house is perfect for a perfect Norwegian holiday. We used it for a fishing vacation and it was a great choice. Boats, pier, fish cleaning area, storage, and especially excellent fishing spots available early in any weather within minutes. The owner was helpful, always quick to respond and recommended us great places for fishing. Plus, he's still investing in his facility, like a new high-pressure hot water gun to clean equipment and boats, a new jacuzzi. Looking forward to another year.

We had a great stay. Idar was very helpful and easy to reach when there were problems with the hot tub, which were then resolved.

Awesome and charming house 😊 Well equipped with what you need to stay. A little secluded place, but by car it's not a problem! Lovely with hot tub 👌 Never met the host, but easy to communicate with her on message, she responded quickly if there was anything we were wondering about. The stay is recommended by us, we are happy to book again if we are going to the area at a later date!

We had a wonderful stay for our honeymoon - everything from useful hiking suggestions, quick to bring us anything we needed, to a magical hotpot experience! We couldn't have asked for more out of our stay of from Venise and Gaby. The location was perfect for accessing the less known hiking spots but still with those spectacular views, as well as being close to the ferry so it was easy to hop over to Volda. It was peaceful and we loved the views over the water, and we made good use of the fireplace for cozy evenings. Don't be put off by the road near by, there is very infrequent cars so you hardly hear anything at all!

A fantastic house just by the fjord, very well kept with excellent views. However you will need a car to get to the house as it is out of the city centre but it is really worth the drive to the house to chill out for a few days. The house is very clean and has a well equipped kitchen and a large veranda that overlooks the fjord. Amazing place & I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is visiting Forde. Thank you Eli for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Well equipted house, superb location – a very good experience at Arild‘s place. Owner is very easy to get in contact with, any issue is solved at the same minute :) 100% recommend for the one’s who will look at the place to rent in Førde !!!!!

Highly recommend Ole's house. We were there for fishing and found the best place in the world. Everything is available. You can rent a boat, there is a exception house, a super great fishing area and the host gave us valuable tips on where the fish bite particularly well. In addition, we refilled the pool twice with sea water and got the wood for heating! Ola, the host once took us on a tour with his speedboat and regularly came by to see the right. He is very helpful. If you want to experience a great fishing holiday in Norway, book it. The fjord is free from April to October. In wintertime, the fjord can freeze. We stayed in March. A few mornings we broke through the ice by boat. That was no problem.

Very convenient stay right in the centre of Alesund. The apartment was old but very neat and very clean, simply what we expected from the pictures.

We (with two boys 13, 16) had a wonderful week. Beaches of Refvik or Hoddevik (white beaches, blue water :) in about 1 h 20), Sunnmørsalpen (1.5 h) or just the mountain lakes in the immediate vicinity with magnificent views over the coastal mountains (in 10 min you are in the fjell above the house or 30 min to the brandal) - a highlight is possible every day. The beach right by the house is fine sand and the water as clear as it can be. The boat is robust and works perfectly. We are inexperienced anglers, had great fish (Pollack). But driving around by boat alone is wonderful. The house (very clean, loving details) has everything you need, it is a small, loving pearl. The upper floor is a pearl especially for children + teenagers - with TV, private couch and two small SZ with a bed. Our landlord said "it's not a luxury here" - we felt it different! Those who appreciate the important things have luxury there.

My week at Jenny's place was so blissful and serene. I loved waking up to the gorgeous view each day. Jenny and her family promptly provided anything I asked about - coffee, an EV car charger, a hair dryer, spare time in the sauna - and the place was perfect for working remotely and exploring the western region of Norway.

This place is my mother's childhood. It's therefore special for me to stay there. Vertane has thought about the place, the house and history. Nice to see you and we will come again.

We had a very nice stay in Dalsfjord. Lovely weather for walking, fishing and enjoying the fjord from the bay. Good communication with Jørn and Anne:)

Brilliant stay at a great cabin in Sandshamn! Modern kitchen with large dining area downstairs and large living room on second floor. Seats outside, both upstairs and downstairs, on both sides of the cabin that allow you to enjoy the sun the whole day. Can definitely recommend a trip to this cabin!

Wonderful home in the middle of the Kalvag Harbour. The house is at the best spot and amazing comfortable.

Very nice place. Flexible and easy check-in, everything ready when we arrived and as described. Nice view and a short distance to the center of Ulsteinvik. Will gladly come back

Ingunn and her husband Are were AMAZING guests. The place is very family, peacefull people oriented, full of outdoor activities right outside the courtyard and them guided me to amazing trekking around the area. The appartamento is very cozy with direct view to the fjords and the street where sheep walk by every morning. A must visit place.
