Kjøkken med alt av inventar. Stort spisebord med plass til 11 stk. 2 bad og 2 soverom. Loftstue hvor det er mulighet for sovesofa, madrass, samt en behagelig sofa. Koselig uteplass med terrasse og plen.

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

You live close to everything. 5 minutes to Dyreparken, 7 minutes to Kjevik Airport, 2 minutes to walk to the bus that runs every 20 minutes. 8 minutes to Kristiansand, 5 minutes to Sørlandssenteret, 15 minutes to the archipelago. Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in Kristiansand und im Haus von Kine und Trond Haus verbracht. Es ist wirklich ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist traumhaft und das Haus und der Garten ist sehr schön gestaltet und eingerichtet. Wir haben sogar einen Filmabend gemacht. Kind und Trond haben uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben und waren immer freundlich und bei Bedarf zu erreichen. Vielen lieben Dank.

Verten var enestående, veldig god kommunikasjon. Vi kom til oppredde senger og håndkler som lå klart. Fint og koselig hus, barnevennlig. Ungene storkoste seg ute i hagen. Veldig god bussforbindelse da vi tok bussen inn til sentrum. Anbefales!

We hebben het heel erg naar ons zin gehad in dit mooie appartement! Het was schoon en had een fantastisch uitzicht. De host reageerde ontzettend snel. De eetplek in keuken was wel een beetje aan de kleine kant voor 4 personen. De schoonmaakkosten vonden we ook wat aan de hoge kant voor de 2 nachtjes die we er waren. Verder voldoet het aan alle verwachtingen en zouden we er zeker nog een keer boeken als we nog een keer in Kristiansand zijn.
