Here you can live centrally, in a family friendly and calm area in the end road Large house above the 3rd floor with large kitchen, two living rooms, two bathrooms and five bedrooms. Screened and quiet outdoor area with lots of possibilities. Barbecue area in the garden. Playground just outside the door. Jegersberg free area can be found with a hiking trail straight from the garden. Access to electric car charger. 10-15 min to the zoo and Sørlandsparken. Kristiansand city center with fishing pier and Markensgate approx. 10 min. 5 min to the nearest bus stop.

New house in the middle of the zoo and the city center. 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + WC room and laundry room. Several patios. High standard with large open kitchen and difficult airy living room. All bedrooms have double beds, so there are sleeping places for 10 people. 2 bedrooms are furnished as a children's room, but have pull-out double beds Absolutely unique location at the heart of the cul-de-sac close to the sea. 5 min walk to the nearest beach, 2 min to Padelbane. Walking distance to several cozy swimming areas. Popular Trollstien just outside the door.

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.
