Quiet and child-friendly area. Sleeping accommodations for 10 people, but mattresses can be brought. There are also 3 simple air mattresses that you can borrow. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and several terraces with garden furniture and a barbecue. Sunny terraces. Electric car chargers are available for guests. Use of the charger costs NOK 100 per day and is arranged upon booking or arrival

Cozy and affordable house for rent.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. It includes a lovely garden and a patio where you can enjoy the sun from 10 am to 10:30 pm throughout the summer. There is space for two cars on the property. You have 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed. It takes 17 minutes to drive to the Zoo, 5 minutes to the city center. We are so fortunate to have great hiking trails and nice swimming areas in the immediate vicinity. The house is cozy, according to people who have visited. You are welcome to book.

Here you can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the fjord. Direct access to the sea - perfect for swimming or fishing. EV charger: 2.3kW - type 2 outlets (bring your own cable) Søgne 15 min. Kristiansand 24 min Kristiansand Dyrepark 35 min. Mandal 22 min 15-foot boat with 6hp motor available in the summer. The boat is not available in April and October.

Welcome to us! Funkieshus from 2024, with large windows, lots of sun and a lovely view over the sea. Living room, dining area and kitchen in one room, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Towels and beds are included in the price and beds are made on arrival. Parking inside the garage and in front of the garage door. There is a large terrace facing west, and paving stones around the house again at the entrance. Part of the outdoor area is still under renovation.

New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

Cozy older detached house for rent with 3 (4) bedrooms (8 beds), living room, kitchen and a bathroom. The house is beautifully located by the lake at the end of Kuholmen. Short distance to shops, city center, hiking areas and swimming areas. The home is ideal for families with children. Great undisturbed garden with path down to the swimming area and Svaberg. 10 minutes walk to Bertes (beach). The house is located about 12 km from Kristiansand Zoo. There is no TV or internet in the house.

Countryside guesthouse at the gateway to Setesdalen, between Kristiansand and Evje. Hiking trails, river fishing and swimming spots nearby. Enjoy the birdsong in the morning sun on the terrace, and end the day by the firepit or BBQ, with views over forested hills and the Otra river. In season, pick plenty of blueberries, lingonberries and mushrooms along the trails. About 40 mins to Dyreparken Zoo, Sørlandssenteret and Kristiansand. Climbing, rafting and the Mineral Park in Evje.

Moderne familiehytte ved sjøen med spa og basseng

Moderne feriehus i Søgne i Kristiansand ferdigstilt i 2022. Selv om hytta ligger 150 meter fra stranden kan man skimte sjøen fra terrassen. Hytta ligger også tilrette for gode solforhold, så her kan man nyte sene sommerkvelder på terrassen. Vi har i sameiet bygd et splitter nytt spa/bade-anlegg som dere får fri tilgang til, som er åpent hele året. Anlegget inneholder badstue, boblebad og badebasseng. Dette ligger rett ved siden av hytta, under 1 minutt å gå.

Short walk (25 min.) to cozy Arendal centre's restaurants, shopping and the tourist attraction the glass elevator. Kayak/Boat can be borrowed/rented. Parking for your car right outside the house. Cozy for the summer holidays or if housing is needed for short-term stays throughout the year.

Summer house

Centrally located residence with walking distance to Hamresanden, one of Sørlandet's finest beaches, and a short distance to freshwater swimming area in Hamrevann. The home is also a 5-minute drive to Sørlandsenteret and 10 minutes to the zoo. Kristiansand city center is 15 minutes away. The house has a lot of nice hiking terrain nearby and good sun conditions from morning to evening.
