Vacation rentals in Vado

We had a fantastic time at this apartment, it is as grand as it looks in the photos!! Very comfortable beds, lovely lounge area. Great location to dry out after getting soaked in the rain! Excellent location, two minutes from lots of very good cafes and restaurants and a daily market in the square. Easy walk to the main centre and 5 minutes from the Pitti Palace! Elly communicated throughout and made sure we checked in safely as our flight was delayed. We would definitely stay again!

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

Mrs. Flory was very kind and helpful, the house was very nice, clean, tidy and above all very welcoming, we really had a great time... we will definitely be back, vote 100 and praise

this wad a last minute stay as our previous airbnb had electrical issues. Anna and Claudio were very accommodating of accepting our reservation last minute and allowing us to arrive at almost midnight. Since they were not expecting us the house was not fully prepared but they did their absolute best to get us everything we needed. They helped arrange activities and meals and were very pleasant hosts. We would definitely recommend their home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stefano’s place and even increased our stay by two nights. The location can’t be beat. Everything is within easy walking distance and the view is incredible! The way they have added penthouse quality finishes and used the space to create a two level balcony of what could’ve otherwise become just an attic apartment really does make this place worth the subscription of the listing. Stefano is helpful and gave a few of his favorite restaurants, which all were delicious. We took him up on his offer to make us a reservation one evening and couldn’t have been happier. We are so glad we chose to stay here!!

Very pleasant stay. The apartment is right on the slopes and is perfect for those who want to ski. Cozy and warm, we had a very good time.

We had a very relaxing few days staying with Lucy and her family, and their dog Amber. They were really friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any queries we had. The pool area was lovely, and extremely peaceful. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The village is small with a butchers and bakers, a couple of restaurants and a bar. We did a lovely circular walk from the property through the woods to the nearby hill top village, Castel Vecchio. There’s nothing in the village but it’s very pretty and the views are great. You need a car to get to the supermarket and Lucca is a very easy 20 minute drive away. We had a super time and thank you Lucy for your generous hospitality.
