Vacation rentals with beach access in Vaca Key

Very nice condo in key colony beach, affordable, great stay for a family. Clean rooms, nice pool, nice private beach area, will bring family down again.

We had a great time at Breezy Palms with just me and my daughter! The poolside apartment was so squeaky clean, tidy, and just lovely. The bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. We will definitely be back with the entire family.

Beautifully decorated, perfect size for a couple. Great location for days trips to the different keys. Lovely lady next door. Coin operated washer/dryer just steps from the condo. The condo does require additional paperwork and a deposit may be required during the booking process. Recommend the kayak eco tour in Tavernier and Theater of the Seas.

It was the perfect location that we wanted away from a high tourist area. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming. Everything was clean and beautiful. I would stay here again! It was perfect for us exploring both the southern and northern keys and beaches since it's about middle of the 2. Loved it!

Danielle was a wonderful host, and her place was absolutely beautiful. Great location, and the biggest plus was that they offered convenient items on property for use at the beach, kayaking in the bay, and just clean fun while taking an easy day around the house. We had everything we needed plus more while there. I would certainly consider staying there my next trip to the keys. Marathon Key was my favorite, anyway. 10/10 recommend this property.

Just what we needed for winter break , loved having coffee in the morning on the canal, hammock very relaxing, liked the open living space.

Absolutely awesome spot. The dock is a little reef itself and is covered in parrotfish, grouper, and snapper. Easy docking! Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

We had such an incredible week at The Sandcastle Suite! Our host Ganit was amazing! She checked up on us periodically and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The condo was so cozy and had a large “smart” washer, and dryer, which was very helpful as we packed light! We used the kayaks, bikes, fishing rods, ate downstairs at picnic table, turned on festival lights at nighttime, and even used the bbq grills by the pool several times. The location was prime!!! A few minutes from Sombrero beach, across the street from Walgreens, the dollar store, the bagel shop and the best Italian pizza food truck. Ganit made several recommendations for wonderful restaurants and places to visit! It was only an hour to Key West so we made a day trip there and 45 minutes to Islamorada. This place was truly an escape to paradise and has everything you need and more for a wonderful, memorable trip with friends and family. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect for our family of 5. Great outdoor area at the house for fishing and relaxing. The layout was great for us because of the separation from the master to the kitchen/living room…our baby could sleep and we didn’t have to worry about making noise and waking up the baby. KCB is in a great central location for exploring the Keys. We were also pleasantly surprised at the quality of restaurant’s nearby. The Cabana Club was crowded and has a small beach. Drinks there were good. I have nothing overly negative to say, other than that I wouldn’t look to stay in KCB or this property if you just want to hang at the pool and beach all day. But it was fine for a few easy afternoons between other activities in the area. We highly recommend and would stay again!

We had a great week at Kari's place. We were blown away by the view from the terrace. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. The use of the nearby Cabana club was a real bonus. Colony Key is about an hour from Key West, so it was well located for all sorts of activities. Would love to return one day. Thanks Kari. We all had a great time and the house was gorgeous! The house had everything we needed for a pool day or a fishing day. The location is great and has everything you need around. The host even sent key lime pies from Sweet Savannah’s (walking distance) as a sweet gesture after needing a few people to stop by to fix something outside. We can’t wait to stay again!

Incredible property. Perfect gathering space for my entire family of 6. Private yet close to commerce like Publix and local gym to work out. Great memories made.

Randall's place was amazing! Exactly what we were looking for - beautiful views of the canal with a dock and views on the other side of the house facing the golf course. The sunrise and sunsets were spectacular here and we loved the beach at the Cabana Club. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Roy and Randall got right back to us with any questions we had. The entire stay was perfect. couldn't have asked for more. Thanks so much!!

Great peaceful place to stay. We saw manatees, tarpon and many other species in the canal. Also had some short visits from different types of lizards and iguanas. The pool and hot tub were amazing everyone in our group enjoyed them. The dock was a great place to keep our rental boat. I would 100% come back.

A Perfect Getaway! Our stay at this fabulous Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! The house was beautiful, clean, and offered breathtaking panoramic views of the open water. Waking up to the sunrise over the water was absolutely unforgettable. Brad, our host, was fantastic—super responsible, quick to respond, and incredibly easy to communicate with. He made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The location was ideal for anyone who loves peace, nature, and especially fishing. We had plenty of opportunities to fish right from the property, which was a huge bonus. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing waterfront escape. We can't wait to come back!.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We loved the pool area and outdoor kitchen and thought the outdoor freezer was just an extra special touch. The house was clean and had plenty of pillows and blankets. The appliances were all new including the washer and dryer and Michael and team were incredibly responsive and kind of we will book here again in the future. The canal is narrow but we did see plenty of fish swim by, especially at night with the neighbors snook light. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and there was plenty of plates and glasses for us through the week too. We liked that there were beach towels for us to use as well.

The place was perfect. The patio views were amazing to just sit and watch the sunset. The marina across the street was very convenient to launch our boat from. Very peaceful location. Angler and ale restaurant across the street was delicious

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The location was perfect right next to the ocean and awesome pool. We enjoyed the balcony watching all of the wildlife and waves of the ocean. We would definitely recommend this condo and would love to come back again soon.

I loved the place. It had everything i needed and i enjoyed my stay. There was quiet during the night. I was able to wake up late since it had black out curtains. Staff was friendly and respectful. Lots to do in the near by areas. Sunset on a hammock was my favorite with a coconut drink i got at the nearby farmers market. The pool was excellent too and Very clean. Lots of parking. Will def. do it again! Great service and hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo on the ocean side with access to kayak. There is a wonderful and large pool with great seating and shade on property. Many additional fun spaces to explore. Our space was clean, neat and easy to use. It's private and well maintained. Definitely on our list to consider for a future visit.

The condo and complex is older but is clean and very well maintained. We were originally booked to be there in January but had an emergency at home the morning we were supposed to leave and the owners were kind enough to let us rebook another date without any fees or problems whatsoever. We will definitely go back. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
