Our beautiful vacation home is located in the old village near Amerongen Castle. Ideal for hikers, cyclists, motorcyclists and mountain bikers! It is a detached cottage, in the style of the tobacco barns from the area, with a private entrance, lovely bed, kitchen, luxurious NEW bathroom with rain shower and cozy veranda (with wood stove!) and views of the greenery of our backyard. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and relax in our detached cottage on the edge of the forest, in the heart of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Our well-equipped B&B offers exactly what you need to feel at home: a private entrance with two floors and 36 m2 of cozy living space! Our stay is offered based on accommodation. Cyclists and hikers can get their heart's content here. The forest is located within 1 minute walk from our accommodation. Distance to a supermarket is 1 kilometers.

The house is decorated in modern Scandinavian style, and provided for you with games, washing machine, sustainable coffee, tea & laundry products, towels and a stack of magazines. And your dog is also welcome, you can walk here endlessly in the woods!

The cottage has a unique atmosphere, created with materials from old times. It is in the back of our yard, overlooks the meadows, the forest and the dike. In the summer, the cows graze from the adjacent farm in the meadow, the ducks and meats swim in the ditch. You regularly see a stork or a deer! With the sound of the cuckoo, the kievit or the owl, you will experience the nature very close! From the conservatory or from the large garden, you can see the sun rise in the morning.

The building was built in 1850, has been completely restored and, in addition to the four guest rooms, has a cozy spacious living room with fireplace and two bedsteads.
