De Varkensschuur is een rustiek en sfeervol vakantiehuisje. De woning is opgetrokken uit zware gebinten en houten betimmeringen. Het vakantiehuisje is geschikt voor een verblijf van maximaal zes personen. Groepen die beide vakantiehuisjes huren gebruiken deze vakantiewoning als dagverblijf gezien de ruimte, de grote eettafel en grote zithoek. Woonkamer De leefruimte op de benedenverdieping heeft een oppervlakte van ruim 73 m2. De kamer heeft een grote eettafel (10 zitplaatsen) en een royale zithoek rondom de houtkachel. Er is ook centrale verwarming aanwezig. Er is een TV en radio/CD speler. Er is een kinderstoel aanwezig. Wifi is beschikbaar. Keuken De keuken is voorzien van een hete lucht oven/magnetron en een vierpits inductieapparaat met afzuigsysteem en vaatwasser. Verder zijn alle keukenbenodigdheden aanwezig en de basiskruiden. De toilet bevind zich in de keuken, maar er is een extra toilet in de hooiberg aanwezig. Badkamer De badkamer, met een badmeubel van oude gebinten!, heeft een ruime inloopdouche. Er is een separaat toilet in de woning. Slaapkamers Op de verdieping treft u drie slaapkamers. De grootste slaapkamer, met boxspring (180 cm x 200 cm of twee maal 90 x 200cm) heeft een oppervlakte van ruim 27 m2 en is voorzien van airconditioning. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een oppervlakte van 16 m2 met een tweepersoonsbed (180 cm x 200 cm of twee maal 90 x 200 cm). De derde slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden (90 x 200 cm). Wij vinden deze kamer te klein voor volwassenen en eigenlijk alleen geschikt voor kinderen. Maar de keuze is aan u. Tevens moet men door de tweede kamer heen om in de derde kamer te kunnen komen. Buiten Het vakantiehuis biedt uitzicht over de weilanden waar koeien of schapen of reeen grazen. Het zicht houdt op waar de bomen van het Kombos en van het landgoed van kasteel Maarsbergen staan. Op ons erf (5000 m2) zijn diverse zitjes, bijvoorbeeld bij de poel, voor onze gasten.

We have a detached guesthouse in the back of our property, 50 meters behind our house and our private tennis court. There is excellent air conditioning available. The perfect location for visiting Utrecht and Amsterdam (10 and 40 minutes by train, and the station is within walking distance). Also ideal for cycling and hiking tours, as we are located by the “Utrechtse Heuvelrug” National Park. The rental is incl. max. 2 hours (per day) use of our tennis court. Bicycles can be safely stored here.

This pleasantly equipped holiday bungalow is situated in Maarn on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. The house is situated in a quiet location and has a terrace and a large woodland garden. This pretty natural environment offers several possibilities such as uwalks, bike rides and visits to various cities and villages, castles, gardens and museums. Near to the apartment is the Henschotermeer, a natural pond in the middle of hills surrounded by white sandy beaches and green sunbathing area.

Our beautiful vacation home is located in the old village near Amerongen Castle. Ideal for hikers, cyclists, motorcyclists and mountain bikers! It is a detached cottage, in the style of the tobacco barns from the area, with a private entrance, lovely bed, kitchen, luxurious NEW bathroom with rain shower and cozy veranda (with wood stove!) and views of the greenery of our backyard. Stay in our cozy and bright studio 'Klein Chenaie' on the top floor of an old coach house. Private entrance and terrace in front of the door. In the middle of the beautiful Utrechtse Heuvelrug, the ideal starting point for walking and cycling trips. Walking distance to cozy downtown with restaurants, coffee shops, shops and wedding venue Buitenplaats Sparrendaal. 3-minute walk to nearest supermarket. You can park your bike or car for free in front of the door or on your own property.

Unique Stay in the Countryside!

The cottage has a unique atmosphere, created with materials from the old days. It is located at the back of our yard, overlooking the meadows, the forest and the dike. In summer, the cows of the adjacent farm graze in the meadow, and the ducks and coots swim in the ditch. You can regularly see a stork or a deer! With the sound of the cuckoo, the lapwing or the owl, you experience nature very close! From the conservatory or from the large garden, you can see the sun rise in the morning.

B&B De Bosrand

Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and relax in our detached cottage on the edge of the forest, in the heart of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Our well-equipped B&B offers exactly what you need to feel at home: a private entrance with two floors and 36 m2 of cozy living space! Our accommodation is offered on a bed and breakfast basis. Cyclists and hikers can enjoy themselves here. The forest is within 1 minute walk from our accommodation. Distance to a supermarket is 1 kilometer.

De Vlonder is a detached and sustainable accommodation (also a vacation home) on the Kromme Rijn in Cothen, located in the province of Utrecht. The accommodation is situated along the Kromme Rijn hiking trail and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It features two separate bedrooms, 1 and 2, with a private bathroom with toilet. With a kitchenette with fridge, gas stove, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker and bathroom with shower, toilet and small sink.
