Detached and on the edge of a quiet residential area, a 3-minute walk from the woods of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, on one of the most beautiful cycling routes in the Netherlands, and beautiful mountain bike routes, you will find the two Greetjes vacation home. Through a private entrance, secured with an electric gate, you arrive after 40 meters, in a tiny house that is equipped with all comforts. Completely free due to a lot of vegetation, you can enjoy the wonderful Dutch sun on the spacious terrace.

Beautiful bungalow with 1800m2 for peace seekers

This pleasantly equipped holiday bungalow is situated in Maarn on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. The house is situated in a quiet location and has a terrace and a large woodland garden. This pretty natural environment offers several possibilities such as uwalks, bike rides and visits to various cities and villages, castles, gardens and museums. Near to the apartment is the Henschotermeer, a natural pond in the middle of hills surrounded by white sandy beaches and green sunbathing area.

We have a detached guesthouse on our property, 50 meters behind our house and our private tennis court. Perfect location for visiting Utrecht and Amsterdam (10 and 40 minutes by train, and the station is within walking distance). Also ideal for cycling and hiking because we are located at the National Park "Utrechtse Heuvelrug". The rent includes max. 2 hours (per day) use of our tennis court. Please let us know in advance if you want to play tennis. You can safely store bicycles here.

Unique Stay in the Countryside!

The cottage has a unique atmosphere, created with materials from the old days. It is located at the back of our yard, overlooking the meadows, the forest and the dike. In summer, the cows of the adjacent farm graze in the meadow, and the ducks and coots swim in the ditch. You can regularly see a stork or a deer! With the sound of the cuckoo, the lapwing or the owl, you experience nature very close! From the conservatory or from the large garden, you can see the sun rise in the morning.

We offer you accommodation in a beautiful, very spacious sitting room on the 1st floor with private bathroom with rain shower. It is located in an outbuilding (built in 2015) where a garage and a clothing workshop are housed on the ground floor. You have access to a private entrance with a private toilet in the hall and stairs to the room and your own bathroom. Schaapskooi is a cozy vacation home. The vacation home can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Also for rent in combination with the pig barn, 6 people. Ideal for groups! Beautifully located in the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park is B&B de Hoge Zoom, side wing of the 1929 mansion. A true pleasure for nature lovers, hikers, cyclists and/or mountain bikers. The deck is a newly built, detached and sustainable accommodation on the Kromme Rijn in Cothen, located in the province of Utrecht, in June 2017. The accommodation is located along the Kromme Rijn hiking trail and is a stay for up to 4 guests and has two separate bedrooms 1 and 2, with private bathroom with toilet. It has a common breakfast/kitchen area where you can spend time. Outside you can relax in the lounge set on the deck on the Kromme Rijn.
