Amazing stay if you love nature in a peaceful setting. We sat everyday for hours looking at the water birds right in front of our backyard.

Elles made our stay super comfortable, place was pristine clean and Elles was supper helpful and responsive. Kids enjoyed the farm, must stay if someone is looking for a peaceful stay near amsterdam. Central is a very easy bus ride

We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

We had a wonderful stay at José's. She was flexible and very welcoming. The accommodation is very nice, very bright. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and hearty. And finally, the setting is exceptional: Vianen is a great place. I highly recommend that you visit Vianen via José!

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The house was just like in the photos – very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We particularly enjoyed the view of the water, which made the stay really special. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, communication went smoothly and we felt welcome from the beginning. Small extras such as a welcome greeting and local tips were also a nice surprise. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend this house!

We had a fabulous time at tiny house,we did lots of walks (you can use there bikes if you don't like walks) everywhere is flat ,and beautiful scenery, lots of different birds. It was so easy to get to the train station,with regular on time trains,and bus service,into Amsterdam Central we only stayed 3 nights If we'd been there longer there was lots of other places to explore,Abcoud is a lovely litte town, we had food in a lovely pub it was a nice meal at reasonable prices,and it has a supermarket if you want to cater for yourself, we had perfect weather, we sat in a little private garden in the evening with a bottle of wine and watched the wildlife. Lida and Rem where a lovely welcoming couple we were very relaxed there. Lida also went out of her way to come and pick us up, and took us back to the station which was very helpful 😀.

I've been to this house several times and I can't get enough of it. I go there to practice fishing but I am always surprised by this feeling of well-being and tranquility that I find there. I'll go back again and again!!!

We (group of friends) were at the cottage for the 3rd time. It is a lovely, cozy, very complete house. You lack nothing. Just do it!

We had a fantastic stay! The house and surroundings are beautiful! Marlieke and family are fantastic hosts. The house was stocked with everything you can think of and more, including drinks, snacks, cooking essentials, toiletries. They thought of everything! Marlieke provided toys and a play kitchen for our 1 year old, which he loved! We were so grateful! The place was very clean. Great communication from Marlieke before and during the stay. Excellent local recommendations provided also. We would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommend to other guests!

Nice, quiet stay in nature. Great to unwind and enjoy a little wellness. Sauna and Whirlpool worked well and the introduction from Peter was easy to understand and follow. There s bikes to lend at any time, the vacation home is conveniently located close to Putten. Thanks a lot for a relaxing stay.

Upon arrival it was already clear: this is going to be a great stay. Very friendly people in the area, beautiful nature, much to look forward to, with regard to upcoming activities in the days after. If you don't want activities in the area: you will completely relax at this location. Communication with the owner went smoothly, and quickly. In short: this is recommended!

The house is idyllically located on an island strip and can be reached by boat. Bas introduced us to everything uncomplicated and relaxed and we had a very nice holiday in the house

There were six of us on a family vacation with two kids and grandma and grandpa. We had a great time at Karin's house. It is perfectly equipped, very clean and lovingly furnished. The park offers many activities, but not everything is described as on the homepage (e.g. electric cars for kids are not in operation). We were in the off-season in May and there was quite a lot of activity in the park. If you are looking for peace and solitude, this is the wrong place. It was perfect for us with the kids. The beach is fantastic. Would love to come back!

We spent 8 days here and felt right at home. Astrid's place was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a convenient base for our stay in the Netherlands.

We liked this home very much. I can mention just two things that could be a problem for future guests. First, the stairway to the bedrrom is very steep with small steps. We could not have carried our luggage up that stairway. Second, all the information about the home (e.g., wifi) is in Dutch. Fortunately, we know some Dutch and could read it. The home is very well furnished and was perfectly clean. It is a short walk to the train station and to the town center — a perfect location.

5 stars are actually still not enough....The house was easy to find, parking space in front of the house, private entrance with gate to close, completely fenced, great for our dogs. Upon entering the house, we immediately felt comfortable, a wonderful energy there, everything clean, tidy and stylishly furnished. The surroundings are indescribably beautiful. A quiet residential area, right on the edge of the forest and even the beautiful Soester Duinen are within walking distance, the dogs were allowed to run there and in the adjacent forest without a leash, all dog owners and their four-legged friends relaxed and friendly. Kirsten and Ro are far more than landlords. They are attentive, loving hosts, always approachable and helpful. I have never experienced it, that even basic food was available, we did not even have to shop for the first dinner or breakfast, by the way, supermarket just minutes away. We can't thank you enough!!

The place was really great – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. Also, the contact with the landlady Lotte was super friendly and uncomplicated. She was always quick to help and advise. It is particularly positive to highlight that she gave me very detailed information about the parking situation in advance. Nevertheless, parking on site was unfortunately a bit cumbersome, which led to a small point deduction for me. Overall, however, a clear recommendation – I would come back anytime!

Very good stay at Monika's, even if the accommodation was out of town (although accessible by bike) and expensive for 2 people. Otherwise, no complaints, it was perfect!

We had a wonderful break from everyday life in Rogier's cottage! Rogier welcomed us in a very friendly way at the jetty and patiently explained to us “landlubbers” the handling of the boat and a few special features in the house. We found everything very clean and tidy and felt super comfortable right away. The vacation home is really special! Rogier built it himself and you can tell how much love and passion he put into this project. I can only recommend a stay there, especially for families with older children: sunbathing in the garden and on the terrace, swimming in the lake, arriving by boat or canoeing gave us a lot of pleasure! Attractive bike paths lead to the center of Utrecht and we also made nice tours in the surrounding area. The only small criticism: the road is closer to the house than expected and sometimes traffic noise clouds the idyll in nature a little. We are still thrilled!

What a lovely cottage, everything super neat and clean. Communication was excellent. The outdoor space is an extra big plus, a canopy where you can sit and behind it a small seat next to the meadow where you can see a beautiful sunset. You are close to the hospital and reasonably busy road, not really disturbing but therefore 4 stars. However, close to the city center, 20 min walk, and supermarket. For 4 days with 2 people to actually spend the night is reasonably pricey. We stayed little in the cottage because we were visiting family. The cottage is also very suitable for really staying, cooking, etc., then the price is fine. in short, a thick 9 for total and certainly repeatable. Great beautiful and luxury location to celebrate Christmas! This luxury location would be complete if the TVs had a cast feature so you can stream your own programs or an accessible hdmi connection. A bath mat by the showers makes it less wet on the bathroom floor. Furthermore, we really enjoyed it and is definitely for repetition.
