Peter was an amazingly proactive and helpful host, more than happy to give help and advice and answer any questions. The apartment was just as described. Very comfortable with good facilities and a perfect mix of being on a relatively quiet street with sea views but so close to amenities and transport options.

This is a beautiful spacious property in a fabulous location with a sea view to die for. We were a little concerned as not many reviews, but this is often let as 2 homes together. Alexander was swift to respond and communicate this to us. Sam was always responsive and Dinesh was always on hand to look after us. The dogs are very friendly and absolutely no trouble at all. We already love this area in Sri Lanka, and loved it even more staying here.

appartement très propre et bien équipé... à l'étage d'une famille vivant en dessous très gentils et discrets et présents si besoin... une climatisation unique dans la chambre qui est payante et n'est pas signalée comme telle. très proche du grand traffic de la ville et de la mer, mais suffisamment en retrait pour dormir correctement !!

We spent a night and a half here. Very flexible check in as we arrived at 4 in the morning. Very children-friendly place.

We just had a thoroughly enjoyable 3 nights over the Sri Lankan New Year. The staff on site were wonderfully attentive and friendly. Breakfast was fresh juice, fruit, toast and eggs. We opted to eat dinner there too and it was also excellent- grilled fish and curry. Good value as well. The kids loved the pool while my wife enjoyed being away from the more touristy areas, but only a short tuk tuk ride from supermarket, coffee shop and gym. Would definitely recommend for a few days relaxation! The staff also went above and beyond when my wife forgot some medicine- one jumped on a bus for 2 hours to bring it to her! Fantastic all round!

Dom Prashanth był wyjątkowo czysty i ładnie urządzony. Widać bardzo dużą dbałość o dom. Położenie miejsca na mapie dawało nadzieję na bliskość plaży . Trzeba mieć świadomość , że dom nie posiada parkingu. Również wyposażenie kuchni jest pozbawione gazu. Jest mikrofala i czajnik. W niedalekiej okolicy można znaleźć lokalne knajpki. Komunikacja z gospodarzem była bardzo szybka i łatwa. Dziękuję bardzo miłym gospodarzom Prashanth i jego żonie za możliwość spędzenia kilku dni w ich ładnym domu.

Amazing Stay at Fahim’s Place! I recently stayed at Fahim’s place in Colombo, and it was a fantastic experience. The property was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a hassle-free stay. Shilpi is a wonderful host. Even though I didn't get to meet her in person, she had everything set up for our check-in and was very active in responding to my queries.. The apartment is beautiful, very peaceful and is equipped with the basic necessities. The terrace opens to a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. The staff was very kind and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will consider this place during our next visits. Thanks!

The Palm Beach Villa was absolutely amazing! Piyal, the house manager, was waiting for us at the airport, and drove us to the Villa, even tho we arrived early in the morning. There was a wonderful breakfast waiting for us upon our arrival. Piyal and Sujami took such great care of us during the day, and Sumith was there all night, which made us feel very safe. We weren't expecting the high level of pampering we received from the 3 of them. It really made our stay truly relaxing. The Villa and grounds are beautiful! The dogs were an added surprise, and were definitely part of the experience :) The pool was heavenly! The beach was right there!!! and was so beautiful and virtually empty! Watching and helping with the morning fishermen was an experience we will never forget! The location is so private, but close enough to many of the island's attractions. Piyal was a gracious host, driver, and AMAZING cook!!! Sujami was so sweet and helpful. Sumith was great! Will def be back!

Vi skulle bruge lejligheden til overnatning inden hjemrejse. Hvilket den var rigtig fin til. Dejlig beliggenhed i forhold til lufthavnen, vores husvært var behjælpelig med at arrangere taxa. Smuk udsigt, gode spisesteder i nærheden.

We had a fantastic time at the appartement. The Caretaker as well as Prajot been super helpful and always been reachable for us. The location of the place is perfect starts with going out for food or shopping as well as the fantastic view. We loved being able to use the spacious and clean pool as Colombo gets really hot during the day. Everything has been absolutely great for us and we would surely stay here again.

It is an amazing place to stay. The apartment is located 2 mins of walking distance from the beach. Has a nice view of the beach from the balconies. There were each balcony for bedrooms and for the living room. The roof top infinity pool is my favorite. Can see the sun set and sun rise from the pool. Since our stay was bit long 5 nights, the host provided extra drinking water and toilet paper. The host is very responsive. Had a good time with my family.

We stayed at Jen's place for 5 nights and we enjoyed every bit of it. Waking up to the smell and the sound of the waves of the Indian Ocean was amazing. The apartment was well kept, with fresh towels and clean sheets provided. Location of the apartment was convenient too, with nearby bistros and restaurants that are within a walking distance. We had excess to the pool,which was a plus point for our kids. Responsive host and highly recommend Jen's place.

Our family of 8 had the most incredible time staying at Upul's beautiful beach house in Negombo. The property is stunning, located just a few meters away from the beach, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the shore. It’s hard to believe such a gem is so unbelievably affordable! The house itself is spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a family getaway. A special mention to the caretaker—she is one of the sweetest and most hospitable people we've ever met. The meals she prepared were absolutely delicious and added so much warmth to our experience. Upul, the host, was incredibly accommodating and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the experience even better. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations and left us with cherished memories. My elderly mother, a relative and myself stayed at Prasanna’s place. Prasanna was a friendly host and facilitated especially the needs of my mother. The house was a silent peaceful place. I managed to read a lot in my stay and participated online conference from there. We had good overnight sleep in those great air conditioned rooms. The garden was spacious with lots of trees . Many of them had local fruit which we enjoyed with permission from Prasanna. Local areas were still villages and good to experience the feel of Sri Lankan villages

We had a really pleasant stay at VillaMore. The location is ideal for those seeking for a calm place to isolate from the world. The house was very clean and comfortable, the terrase and the yard with a fantastic view to the ocean were our favorite place to hang out. Beautiful sunsets and very nice beach 20 meters from the house. Susan and Ravi were extremely helpful throughout the entire period of arrangement of the trip and the stay. Friendly, responsive and very nice people. Ranjith and Jayanthi living right next door were always there for help. Our family is very grateful for this memorable one week.

We stayed at this place for over two weeks. Host Sudaththa and the manager Lakshanee were responsive and ready to help. Our flight arrived after midnight and the drive from airport was slow due to heavy rain. Lakshanee waited for us to let us in and introduce the facilities. They were also happy to accommodate our request to get some groceries for our immediate needs. The pool on the roof is small but very clean and is set in nice surroundings (can see the ocean from the rooftop). A/c units and fans kept us cool and the generator on standby meant there was no power interruption for more than a few seconds. The security guards were alert even after 19 pm and opened the gate for us when we were a little late to get back. Overall the experience was better than anticipated. The kitchen utensil range is limited but if we had asked I believe what we needed would have been provided. We did not because we only needed to make breakfast and tea there.

Hosts gave clear instructions for me to get to the location without any hassle, also they were there to receive me even though I reached the place late night, really appreciate that. Overall the place is good with all the required facilities.

Excellent location. Very clean. Properly organised. Quick response from the host. We got some amazing local tips from the host hat helped us dine at some of the best restaurants in Colombo. Highly recommend!
