Chathura is a great person to work with, he is very knowledgeable about the surroundings, very friendly and go out of the way to help me. I highly recommend anyone to stay at his place. I stayed 5 days at his place, I was very comfortable in taking local buses to visit surrounding areas beaches. Beautiful beaches in this part of the world. I enjoyed visiting every beaches that I could visit. In short I have a pleasant stay at his place.

We spent a whole month in this house and were delighted! Spacious, cozy, with a lovely chill area by the river where you can relax and enjoy nature. I especially liked the rooftop – the perfect place to do yoga. The kitchen is fully equipped, so it was convenient to cook. The beds in the bedrooms are comfortable, slept great. The beach is only a 5-7 minute walk and the surf spot in Weligama is about 25 minutes away. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we are grateful to the hosts for their hospitality!

Nayan's villa is even more beautiful than on the photos! The view over the beach and palmtrees is fantastic and the pool water is warm enough at all times of the day. We appreciated the various outdoor seating spaces as well as inside under the fan. It's very quiet & private apart from occasional fishermen trucks working on the beach. We have also really enjoyed the caretaker Martinez who tended to our needs every day, including bringing us coconut. We also made use of Pradeep's cooking and enjoyed having local food delivered every day to us to the villa. There was also lots of attention to detail, including beautiful flowers around the house and a fresh water tank, so that we wouldn't have to buy water in advance. Shower gel and shampoo was provided. We experienced a power cut once in the week we stayed for around 4hrs. Battery powered lamps and fans are provided for this case. Thank you Nayan, Martinez and Pradeep for a fantastic holiday! We can definitely recommend this place!

Croco House is a relaxing retreat. You can easily walk to the main area (recommend renting a scooty via Mita) or just spend the day at the house with hammocks, ocean, and good vibes. Nicola was a very responsive host and he genuinely cares about his guests. Having Mita on the premises was a blessing; he is very reserved, helped organize local logistics, and made great breakfasts. The place would be perfect for a small group of friends.

Gaia Soul was actually the reason we wanted to go to Sri Lanka. And — (even though we never travel to the same places again) Gaia Soul will be the reason we have to go back. The pool and the skate ramp were so much fun. There are a lot of different hang out zones, so you will always find a comfortable spot. The place is so tidy and clean at all times. The exterior is really nice with the concrete and the orange and pink flowers. The garden areas are taken care og daily. There is a beautiful beach 5 minute walking distance. 
You can order food all day from the neighbour restaurant, that serves delicious traditional Sri Lankan food. (You have to try the curry with coconut sambol and the breakfast pancakes) Sanduni and her team will take care of you from you arrive until departure. We had two morning yoga sessions with Sarka. She is a great yoga teacher. It felt so special to just walk to the open jungle yoga studio in the beautiful wild surroundings. Thank you so much Baxter!

We had a marvellous time at Dom’s place. Great location - right on the beach. Definitely recommend.

It was one of the most wonderful vacation trips. We had a vacation with my husband and two children aged 11 and 16. The owner of the Dharshana house is a magnificent man. He was always in touch and answered all questions. The house is located almost on the shore of the Indian Ocean in 1 min walk. All the amenities were available. All necessary household appliances are present in the house. Especially the washing machine helped us out, as children often dirty things and they could be quickly refreshed. Dharshana and his wife were very kind and welcoming. In addition, they organized a trip for my family to the elephant nursery and the nine-arch bridge, we visited the highest waterfall and got acquainted with monkeys. The children were delighted. Our family has become friends with Dharshana and his wife and we continue to communicate. We are glad that we have friends in Sri Lanka and we will definitely come back to them again.

super nice place to have for yourself. Take time to yourself while being close to the center of both Weligama and Mirissa. Both are easy to reach with a tuktuk or bus within 10 min. Sahan was super friendly and also his father helped us to all our wishes. The house was clean and atmospheric. The rooms were spacious, the pool was great and was cleaned every day.

The place matched the exact description. the view was amazing. sleeping to the waves crashing just below the building is another level. the infinity pool and gym was beautiful. Joseph was kind and friendly. responsive host that had the house well setup for us. comfortable stay for 3.

Coccocabana is a beautiful place to stay at the beach of Sri Lanka. Enjoy the garden, swimmingpool, the house , the waves ( in the swimmingside), the restaurants, shops and go everywhere with a tuktuk! There’s so much positive to tell about it…. Come and see it by yourselves.

We- my husband and I and our two kids (2 and 11 years old) had an amazing time at Eranga's place. The small swimming pool with a deeper space for the grown-ups to stand in was perfect for the little one and to cool of, the view to the ocean through the tropical surrounding was so beautiful and Eranga was one of the best hosts we ever had on airbnb. He was so friendly and always available, arranged for us to see baby turtles released into the ocean, we always had drinking water and other supplies in the kitchen.The restaurants around have delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner, so there is nothing you could miss. Highly recommend this place!

Upul's property is beautiful. The caretaker was very thorough with her job and made sure we were comfortable, She even arranged a local tuk tuk for a dinner visit to town. It's a bit further off from the main touristy centre, but if you are seeking a quiet, beautiful retreat, this is great, and proximity to the airport makes it a perfect 1st or last stop from Colombo.

The house, the garden simply fantastic! The kitchen is a little small, but everything you need is there. The "gardener " cooked something for us in the evening, super delicious. The two guard dogs😂, two dear decent cuddles, welcomed us joyfully every day, our children as well as we were really happy with the two.

In this destination, we spent a few days in the off-season, the private beach belonging to the hotel was completely empty, the pool was very clean and refreshing, the room is clean, air conditioned overlooking the sea. The host even allowed us to check out later, which we greatly appreciated. We rate the stay at this resort very positively, we would definitely come back. Thank you

Loved the villa! Right on the beach. Spacious. Loved the simple, elegant interiors, and the muted lighting. We all had a great time in the pool by the beach. The speaker is awesome. Jaan was always prompt in responding. And they proactively informed us that we could check out late as they had no booking on that day - thank you Jaan. The local caretaker Gayan, who lives nearby, comes every day to clean the pool and was helpful. He also drives a tuktuk himself. He came to check on us a few times despite his son being unwell - thank you Gayan. There is a supermarket at a walking distance and a restaurant (called A2). The main town, restaurants, touristy shops are less than 3 kms away and tuktuks are very easily available for hire (the pickme app worked like a charm). We stayed during the off season, so it is quite likely that during the peak season, there are beachfront restaurants and bars operational at a walking distance from the villa.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The view is absolutely breathtaking, waking up to the sound of the waves and looking out over the ocean each day was a true highlight. The space was spotless and well maintained, with a modern, clean aesthetic and beautiful flooring that added a cozy touch. The location was very convenient, close to everything I needed. On top of that, the host (Heshan) was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly during my stay. We had a great stay at Azeers and Leann's place! They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our time as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The accommodation itself was spacious, beautifully furnished, and very well equipped — the kitchen had everything we needed, including a washing machine, which was a great bonus. The location was perfect: just a few meters from the beach, yet quiet and secluded, offering total relaxation. We would definitely love to come back!

We stayed at Ocean Retreat for two nights and loved it so much we extended for one more night! The apartment is on the 10th floor with a beautiful view of the beach and the city. It’s cozy, clean, and even prettier than the photos—felt like a real home away from home. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook a meal, and there was a washing machine with detergent and clear instructions, which was super convenient. Loved the little touches, there was even an umbrella! Chiran was a great host, very easy to communicate with and quick to respond when we had minor issues with the AC and Wi-Fi. There’s a restaurant right in the building and lots of others just a minute away, so food was never a problem. We also enjoyed binge-watching Netflix and chilling on the balcony. The rooftop pool is amazing too, with a 360° view of Negombo. The building feels very secure, and there’s free parking on the ground floor. Everything was just so thoughtfully arranged. Would definitely return!
