The villa has Very good Fiber internet and two air conditioned sleeping rooms which beds are covert with mosquito nets. A fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to use. In front of the house lies a beautiful beach garden, where you can relax in the shade and look out on to the Indian Ocean. The price includes a tasty breakfast plus daily room and laundry service provided by our team.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.
