L’appartamento si trova nel cuore di questa bellissima isola, a pochissimi passi dalla piazza centrale del paese. Piccolo, semplice e confortevole, sintesi perfetta dell'idea di ospitalità usticense. Esso si sviluppa su due livelli: al piano terra troviamo la cucina, il soggiorno, un comodo bagno con doccia e la lavanderia. Al piano superiore, cui si accede tramite una scala a chiocciola, si trova invece la zona notte climatizzata in cui è presente un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello.

It includes a kitchen (oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dish washer). 1 double bedroom, extra sleeping area in the attic with 2 single beds (+ sofabed in the lounge). Lovely external area with BBQ + shower. This is a perfect place where to relax and with 7 night, or 1 month, holiday deals is also an amazing offer.

The old lavic stones, the tranquillity of the environment, the details of the interiors. This house is like a boutique apartment, simple yet stylish. One large bedroom and a confortable living room with a cooking corner with a panoramic view. A good stereo equipment with USB/iPod/iPad/iPhone connectivity but no TV. Outside space for star watching. For a perfect relax. Ustica is a Marine Reservation since 1986 and Land Reservation since 1997: a unique environment all for you to enjoy!

Villino dei primi del Novecento ristrutturato mantenendo gli antichi serramenti, le porte e le vecchie mattonelle siciliane. In centro storico alto con vista mare meravigliosa. Tranquillo e a pochi passi dal centro del paese, ideale anche per chi non ha mezzi di trasporto. Tranquillità e privacy garantite. Con grande terrazzo sia coperto che scoperto. Circondato da giardini con alberi da frutto e fiori. Il punto forte della casa è lo spazio esterno sempre ventilato. Posizione unica.

La casa, costruita con la pietra lavica dell'Isola, è un unico ambiente direttamente collegato con l'area esterna disponibile per godersi il magnifico panorama di cui gode la Contrada Spalmatore, a soli 5 minuti a piedi per Cala Sidoti. Vicina anche alla Piscina Naturale, alla Grotta Segreta e altri tantissimi posti da scoprire nell’Isola che non c’è. E’ importante godere dell’atmosfera e dell’energie che l’Isola regala, attraverso momenti di relax o conviviali.
