One large bedroom and a confortable living room with a cooking corner with a panoramic view. A good stereo equipment with USB/iPod/iPad/iPhone connectivity but no TV. Outside space for star watching. For a perfect relax. Ustica is a Marine Reservation since 1986 and Land Reservation since 1997: a unique environment all for you to enjoy!

Open Space a stone's throw from the sea

The house, built with the lava stone of the Island, is a unique environment directly connected with the outdoor area available to enjoy the magnificent view of the Contrada Spalmatore, just 5 minutes walk to Cala Sidoti. Also close to the Natural Pool, the Secret Cave and many other places to discover on the Island that is not there. It is important to enjoy the atmosphere and energy that the Island offers, through moments of relaxation or conviviality.

It is a small stone building inside the land reserve, 400 meters from one of the most beautiful depths of the Mediterranean. It is surrounded by a land of about 1,000 square meters with olive trees, apricots, bougainvillea. It isan open space with a living-dining room-kitchen a comfortable double sofa bed and a Hi-Fi, TV, a wall equipped with books and CDs separates the bed area of a square and a half, with a closet and bathroom, from the living room.

Casa Margherita (above) has a double bedroom but there is the possibility of accommodating up to two additional people as there is a sofa bed in the living room. Pets are not allowed.

DEEP IN THE BLUE USTICA MAGICISLAND

Ustica is called the black pearl of Mediterranean: unique scenarios, the largest Marine Reserve in Italy and a cosy, nice, small town where find delicious seafood and to enjoy Sicily in a better and cheaper way, and staying far from the August maddening crowd!!! Recently renewed, the house has got air conditioning, washing machine, WIFI Enjoy!

Simona's place was beautiful, located in a strategic position, in the center but away from the noise. As soon as we arrived by hydrofoil, a shuttle was waiting for us that took us near the accommodation where Simona's father Massimo was waiting for us smiling. The house is very bright with two large windows overlooking the sea, then going up a small internal staircase you get to the highlight of the house, a terrace equipped with a small table and chairs for exclusive use with a breathtaking view of the sea. For travel we preferred not to rent a vehicle also because there are, in addition to the municipal shuttle at a cost of 1 euro, 3 private 8-seater vans that at a cost of 2.5 euros each way take you wherever you want. I appreciated the ability to walk to the various recommended restaurants and places for fantastic sunset aperitifs. The fantastic sea of Ustica full of fish and starfish moved us. We will definitely be back

What a fantastic location! From Antonio's house you can quickly reach the center and the port, but also beautiful places to go snorkeling and cool off with a swim. At the end of the day, a dip in the pool on the terrace was the perfect way to enjoy the landscape and relax. Even though she didn't meet Antonio, Laura was always very helpful and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

perfect experience, quiet location with superb views a short walk from the center of the village. Recently built structure, everything is very nice and functional. Great hospitality and help from hosts who are always available and smiling. We'll be back !!!!

I rented the house with two friends for 5 days: the location, a stone's throw from the port, is very convenient for those who are diving. The house, spacious and clean, also has a comfortable indoor terrace with shower where you can hang wetsuits and beach tarps. It is very close to Kiki's bar and Faraglioni restaurant. Carola and her family were very kind and very helpful and allowed us to check out a little later to wait for the hydrofoil. We will repeat for sure!
