Waterfront vacation rentals in Uster District

Stayed in the apartment for four days. Fully corresponds to the description and photos. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable bed and pillows, two balconies one of which overlooks the river. Location is excellent, near a lot of stores, cafes. Tram stop is only 3 minutes away. The neighborhood is very quiet, sleeping was comfortable. Rebekka was always in touch and answered all questions promptly. Also she made her recommendations for nearby cafes and restaurants which was very helpful. Easy check in and check out. Felt like home. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely come back here again.

Excellent location and super close to the lake and transportation. Bed was super comfortable however the pillows were like pancakes. Great layout with a bedroom, living room, and nice kitchen. Great windows for air flow! I would stay here again.

Jonathan is the nicest Airbnb host I’ve ever dealt with and the apartment is superb. Perfectly located along the river in a premium old town spot with the loveliest shops and cafes right on the doorstep. The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Waking up to that view in the morning made our stay extra special. We visited for 2 nights for NYE and appreciate the flexibility Jonathan provided for our arrival and departure. Highly recommend!

Jeremias' place was perfect. The place is very clean, spacious, and in a great area. The check in was super easy with his step-by-step instructions and photos. The view from the balcony is amazing. Even for a warmer month, the apartment stayed cool, and the fan in the bedroom made sleeping very comfortable. Check out is also stress-free and straightforward. Jeremias was also very easy to communicate with, and he responds very quickly. He was extremely helpful when he realized we left something behind too! Absolutely recommend staying here.

Nunu was a lovely host who greeted us upon our arrival and showed us around her very unique apartment. As a family of four, we had a very comfortable stay. It was nice to be right outside of Zurich but close enough that we were in the city centre within a few minutes. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was very inviting and relaxing. Thank you, Nunu!

Karen’s apartment is comfy, cosy and spacious. Equipped completely. It is easy to keep the apartment cool during very hot days. Karen is fast in her responses. We stayed for the second time and would come back again.

The apartment was clean, newly renovated, well-equipped and fragrant. I felt comfortable here and extended my stay for another two nights. At times you could hear the neighbors in the apartment next door or a tv in the apartment next door. Soundproofing is not ideal. Even so, I was satisfied. The host was responsive and welcoming. Super uncomplicated check-in as well as check-out. Received super helpful information in advance as well as during the stay. Super cozy furnishings with great flair. It was great that the heating could be individually adjusted in these currently cold temperatures.

Very spacious and beautiful house.

We had two great weeks at "Trückli". The location is ingenious, very quiet with beautiful views over the lake, only 30m to the water entry and with many opportunities for hiking and biking. Corina is a likeable and very attentive host and is very quick to respond to questions and concerns.

We spent five unique and wonderful days in the mill. The place is simply indescribably beautiful and cozy, we felt extremely comfortable in these old walls that have been so wonderfully restored and certainly could tell so many stories. During the day, we explored the waterfalls in the surrounding region of the beautiful and hitherto unknown Tösstal on foot and found an opportunity to indulge in winter/spring bathing. On our hikes and walks, we were able to collect many wild herbs that enriched our dinners culinary. Yves, as a very attentive host, gave us many helpful tips for our excursions and pampered us with fine, fresh eggs that Appenzeller beard chickens. Eva (who was absent for the first few days) also embellished our stay with her warmth and expertise. We will definitely be back, we are so grateful for these beautiful days.

Beautiful house in a peaceful village! Host was welcoming and friendly. Even though his guestbook was filled with clear instructions and recommendations he still took the time to welcome us personally and walk through the house with us. We loved every minute!

House is amazing, very big and comfortable. Equipped just like in my own home, it had everything we needed. The location is great (I had a car), right at the center of Switzerland and in the vicinity of pretty much every trendy place in Switzerland (1 hour drive at max) House sits right on the lake so when it’s warm outside you can go swimming or just walk along the lake All over, I can definitely tell this is the best Airbnb I’ve ever had.

I would strongly recommend this place. Right from the start, Earta was super helpful. I changed my check-in time, Earta cooperated and helped me out. The house was supremely clean, the location peaceful (you can hear birds chirping and a stream flowing in the front), the bathrooms and were spotless, the kitchen was handy and Earta even left welcome goodies for us! The Zürich city is easily reachable and we planned trips to Lucerne, Interlaken etc. for which this location was convenient. Overall, I would stay here again if I were in Zurich, and Earta was a fantastic host!

Very beautiful, by the Rhine, very close to the Rhine Falls. The owner's cat is very cute and welcomes guests!

A very modern, tidy place to stay.

We had another great stay at Thomas' apartment. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. The lakeside location is perfect. Thomas is a great host, we felt very comfortable again.

Great lakeside apartment in Vitznau with all the things you need when you're away from home. Judith was great about responding quickly to messages and left clear instructions in a nice book she put together for guests. Walking to the ferry station takes about 10 minutes and it's flat so it's easy to do even with luggage. It takes about an hour to get to Lucerne via the ferry but it's a nice scenic ride. Overall a great, quiet, place to stay with a really nice view and wonderful host. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Vitznau. Thanks, Judith!

My wife, daughter, and I stayed at Rita's for just a few nights . Rita was an exceptional host guiding us (unprompted) from the Airport through the public transit in Switzerland right to her front door. The place was immaculate, and beautifully decorated. She did not skimp on the quality of furniture, cook ware, appliances, or really anything. It was just what we were looking for, with some seclusion but easy walking distance to restaurants and a short ride or walk to both the main transit station or the transit by boat to Lucerne. We've had stayed at many great AirBnBs all over the world. We also manage 3 AirBnBs as well and our superhosts. This is definitely in our top 5 in terms of both the level of care Rita provides as well as the property itself. HIGH RECOMMEND!
