Fancy a trip to the mountains? Cozy cabin for the extended family in a fantastic hiking terrain. Fantastic Hallingskarvet, Prestholtseter and Tuva in the immediate vicinity. Amazing skiing opportunities. Well-equipped cabin that provides comfort and coziness for the whole family. 3 bedrooms, but in one of the bedrooms there is a family bunk bed where smaller people/children can sleep two together. Short distance to Geilo with shopping and other facilities (10 min drive). 1.5 km east of the train station and store. Parking on private property during summer time.

Large and great cabin in unique nature

In this spacious cabin, the whole big family can enjoy the high mountains. The architect-designed cabin "Fjordblikk" was built in 1970 and the older part has retained authentic and stylish details from the decade. In the new part from 2021 there is modern design and large glass surfaces. The entire cabin is modernized and has all the amenities: From sauna with a view to electric car charger. The cabin is located in a remote location overlooking Ustevann, Ustetind and the surrounding mountains. There is a bustling animal and bird life around the cabin.

Experience real farm culture in an original halling house with charm. Here you can grind coffee beans in an old grinder and cook on a wood stove if you like. Refrigerator, freezer, and new bathroom are the latest additions. Hallingstugu is located on a farm in active operation with cows, sheep and garden hens. In the outdoor area there is plenty of room to ski and sled. Popular attractions nearby can be mentioned nesfjellet alpine, golf, nystølkroken cafe, langedrag nature park and endless cross-country ski trails. Everything within a few km by car.

Leino. Cabin in the high mountains

Great family cabin in the high mountains, with proximity to fishing waters and many nice hiking opportunities! The cabin has 3 bedrooms and 7 beds. The bedrooms are small, but there is enough space for a holiday week. Storage room with washing machine and space for storing clothes, hiking equipment and clothes drying. Parking on the outside of the cabin and short access from Fv50 Fishing rights in Leinotjørn 20 min walk from the cabin. A great trip for the family. Possibility for boat fishing in Strandavann, must be agreed upon in advance.

Cottage in peaceful surroundings

We have decided to rent out our beautiful cottage yard at Ustaoset. The courtyard consists of a main cabin, two annexes and a shed for equipment/tools. It is surrounded by a beautiful birch forest and offers charm and harmony. Amazing views of Hallingskarvet. There are good opportunities for hiking, both winter and summer - right out the door. Skarvskue is still used by the family, personal touch will therefore be visible. We are looking for guests who take care of the cabin and appreciate the beautiful surroundings. Unique elf spa;)

Beautiful cabin/chalet located at the top of Vestlia in Geilo. The cabin was new in 2023 and has a high standard. Spectacular views that give you a front row seat over Geilo and Hallingskarvet. The cabin has a terrace with evening sun in the summer where you can enjoy the sunset and the view until the sun goes down. Ski in ski out with immediate proximity to the alpine resort, and prepared ski trails around Ustedalsfjorden. 5-10 minutes walk to Vestlia Resort with restaurant, spa and swimming pool. Walking distance to Geilo.

In winter, a ski slope is made in and past the cabin – parking is then 1 km from the cabin.

Cosy little cabin

The cabin is very small, but quite comfortable. (Around 10 kvm) The bathroom is separate. Rustic interior. Most suitable for couples and good friends. If you need more space, take a look at the other cabin on our farm, (Cottage anno 1711) Sauna can be rented. 300NOK / 30 Euro per use. If you arrive by train or bus, we can pick you up at the station. For this we will charge 150 NOK / 15 Euro per way.
