Cozy home just a stone's throw from the walls of Città di Castello, very convenient indoor parking. The house is very clean and functional, Laura welcomed us in person despite the torrential rain. The pie she made for us for breakfast was also excellent. Great experience.

Marcello was very accommodating and friendly. The apartment was exactly as described. Very large and clean. The location is good. Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Bicycles are at your disposal

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

We really enjoyed our stay here is Pesaro. The accommodation was really lovely and we felt very relaxed. Nice decor throughout and spacious enough for the whole family. Francesca was very responsive to any questions and had provided some lovely recommendations for local food. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Great accommodation in a typical Italian village. Quiet with fantastic views. Pizzeria 50 meters away. Centrally located between mountains and sea.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

We spent 3 really nice days in this apartment, perfect for a vacation with a little girl. The accommodation was very clean, cozy and located in a very convenient location: very close to the promenade for walks, but also the center is easily reached on foot. The parking and garage were super convenient: you can park on arrival and forget about the car, because everything is at your fingertips: restaurants, shops, services. Special thanks to Gabriele, precise, kind and always available to answer all my questions. Highly recommended, and definitely a place I'd love to go back to.

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. The residence is in the center, ideal for getting around on foot, a shopping center in front for every need and just a short walk from the sea. The area is quiet. Highly recommended.

A dream location and an exceptional host! Beautiful apartment, perfect location in Riccione. Access to the accommodation was easy, parking space included, a real plus after a trip. But the real asset of this apartment is undoubtedly its location: being almost facing the sea is an invaluable luxury! Despite an incident beyond our host's control – work on the adjacent street resulted in a morning water outage. The responsiveness and involvement of the owner were simply remarkable. Beyond this unforeseen event, the apartment was charming, clean and perfectly located. We highly recommend this listing for an idyllic stay in Riccione. The location is exceptional and the owner's welcome is just perfect.

Excellent clean and tidy accommodation in a very quiet area with the sea a few steps away. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are very close. Marotta is a perfect location for those who want to enjoy the sea while avoiding the chaos of the most renowned locations. Ideal for those with children.

Genuinely one of the best air bnbs i have stayed in. The location is unmatched, the space is beautifully renovated, the house was very very clean and had everything we needed.

Franca's apartment is nice and well-maintained. Franca makes bikes available that we have used practically for any trip. In 15-20 minutes we went to the Overseas Park (all bikeable from the apartment to the park); in a few minutes you can reach the center. You can easily get around the beach on foot. We were welcomed by Roberto, Franca's husband, who was helpful and kind in giving us all the directions on what to do and where to eat. Last important note: there is internal parking.

Everything perfect, house in a great location, sea view, easy to reach and with very clear directions for a perfect stay. Rely with peace of mind on Andrea, who will always know how to advise you for the best! Thank you for everything!!

We stayed a few days in Yuri's apartment and we had a great time, it was just a shame to have to leave! The house is suitable for three people, the equipped kitchen, the bathroom clean and equipped with spare linens. There is no air conditioning but you did not miss it, despite the heat of August. Access to the free beach is very convenient and in front of the house. Yuri was super helpful right away and gave us a lot of tips on beaches, places to visit, and directions to neighboring activities. He also left us two bicycles, very useful for small trips! I also really appreciated the tip on tuna tartare (special!) they do in the restaurant that is right next to the house! We hope to be back next year!

There were several sets that weren't expected, so it was a pleasant disappointment (body soap, soap, coffee, tea, water, etc.). We were greeted by a modern and clean room. The only downside was the single blanket (we're not used to it), but that was no problem. The wifi was decent so we were able to work. We always found a parking spot in front of the place, so it was also convenient. Laundry facility is an extra point.

Complete in every detail, from the necessary for the bathroom (shampoo, body soap, make-up and tonic pads, 2 phones), to coffee pods. Kids games and books in every corner. Pool table that can be used in the living room and smart TV. We were greeted with infinite kindness and at the scheduled time! Absolutely recommended

Really comfortable apartment, with a beautiful view of the sea,directly on the beach that you can access directly from the condominium garden. The house really offers everything and even more! Not only the essentials in the kitchen (oil, sugar, tea, coffee) but also some bottles of water and even a prosecco as a welcome. Also games and children's books that my little ones loved so much. Two comfortable bicycles are also available for doing grocery without having to move the car. The area is quiet, along a little busy road. In about ten minutes walk you can walk to the waterfront with the bike path that leads to the center. Carla is always very friendly and kind in every contact. Super flexible check-in and check-out times. Not only that, due to a bad unexpected, we had to leave a day late, but Carla allowed us to slide the reservation without losing even a day! Definitely to recommend: a great experience!
