Loretta was very helpful and kind, she offered us much more than what was included in the package (water, fruit and sweets). The cottage is well maintained and tidy with ample parking and a beautiful garden full of flowers and plants.

Beautiful house, scenic and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Lots of games and things to do as a family. Maybe the best part was having pizza night with Ana and Franco which was arranged by Alberto. Just loved this spot!

VILLA ANNA, relax between Umbria and Tuscany

BarbaraRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

Il Posto Umbria - downstairs - apartment for 8

TamaraRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Our stay at Il Posto was something out of a dream. Truly the best Airbnb stay we’ve ever had. Rachel and Delfo are the kindest and most thoughtful hosts and are available for any questions and recommendations. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are so comfortable. We felt at home immediately and hope to visit again and again! Delfo is an incredible chef and Rachel pairs the perfect wines. We recommend the truffle hunt with their neighbor Luca, if you visit during the season. The rectory is very cozy but has a lot of space for a big group, including our almost 2 year old son. It’s really the perfect place to visit with friends and family. There’s a lot of hiking nearby and the town is super close. Rachel has excellent recommendations. Il Posto is also a working farm. The eggs, olive oil, and honey are soo fresh! We are already talking about our next trip!

TYPICAL DETACHED HOUSE WITH LARGE GARDEN

DianneRating, 5 stars1 month ago
A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

House in the hills with sea view, 3 km from the beach

MarianRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We rented a large ground floor apartment from Serafina in Senigallia, in a house that stands on a hill. The hill extends into the city. From the garden of the house you can see the Adriatic Sea 3 km away. If you leave the house in the opposite direction, you come directly into the beautiful hilly landscape of the Marche. There you can take small hikes. We were here for the second time and immediately felt at home. This is thanks to Serafina and her husband Francesco, their warmth and hospitality. We will be happy to come back to Senigallia, because Senigallia is a beautiful, modern city connected to its historical heritage, beach life and art.

Apartment in Villa sul Mare, garden-beach

MatthieuRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We've stayed at the Villa Bila with our 3 kids for 2 weeks mid of October and had a nice weather while the (private) beaches were empty (season ended). The beaches are very clean and had a lot of shells, a paradise with the kids. The garden and the private beach are exceptional (we didn't have to share since no one had rented the top flat). Despite the house being relatively old (but with renovated kitchen), it remains a perfect beach house, we had all we needed and felt right at home. Fabrizio is undeniably a great host, very kind, helpful and responsive. Grazie mille Fabrizio, we'll come back! :)

Fisherman

SteffiRating, 5 stars23 months ago
Maarit and Gianni were a great host. They have occasionally brought small delicacies and wine and have always been there with great support for all problems and questions. The property is quiet and large and is well suited to family holidays, we appreciated everything we appreciated the small and large pool and air conditioning. The evening has many mosquitoes, which did not stop us from enjoying the landscape and atmosphere outside. Property is very secluded which didn't bother us.
