Vacation rentals with a patio in Urbino

Had a great stay at Susanna’s place! It was easy to access, exactly as described in the profile and we were greeted with little gifts from the host. Everything was clean, bed sheets and linen new and the kitchen was ready to use. The apartment is located in a very popular area, full of restaurants and bars, but also in 2min walking distance from the beach. A Conad store is also very close by! All in all, a nice place with a very friendly host!

A modern new apartment with a good layout and minimalist design. The location is perfect within 3 minute walk to all of Riccione's shops and restaurants.

Our family felt very comfortable in this house. It’s convenient that you can leave the car right in front of the window. We are very happy to have chosen Linda's place. The place was as described by Linda and the surroundings were very great. We have reached everything very well on foot and there would also have been the possibility to rent bicycles to be even more flexible. Linda always responded immediately and asked several times if everything was okay. She's a very thoughtful host. We would always book this place again.

Very nice, quiet and clean place, very comfortable bed. It is accessed by an elevator to the second floor and then there is an elegant staircase that leads to the apartment on the third floor. Easy self check-in. Easy to manage the temperature of the rooms. Great downtown location not too far from public parking for cars. In addition to the two beautiful rooms each with its own bathroom and living room, there is a gem in the loft that creates an additional space to find a corner to read or rest. We had a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

We enjoyed Silvia‘s paradise on the hills of Umbria. The surroundings are amazing and our apartment was rustic and simply wonderful. Our kids absolutely loved playing outside with Silvia‘s family‘ pets. The pool area is beautiful as well and we would have loved to use it more had the weather been better. We took a pasta class with Alberto and all four of us enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and are eager to apply our newly found knowledge about making delicious pasta. Finally, we appreciated the tips about the area and were especially impressed by medieval Gubbio! We definitely want to come back and hopefully, will bring our extended family with us next time.

The villa is divided into two parts, the house and the pool area. The highlight is definitely the pool area where my friends and I spent most of the time since in addition to the pool (large and clean) there is a bathroom, a kitchen and everything you need to spend a day relaxing without having to set foot in the house. The house, on the other hand, offers a cooler space even in the hottest hours of the afternoon. Great pastime, the pool table, which is in excellent condition, not perfect ping pong table (a little bent on one side) but still more than feasible; unfortunately, the tennis court is very ruined and does not allow you to play well. Magnificent host, kind, always available and ready to solve any problem. Overall we had a very good time: between the pool, relaxation and a few trips out of town the week of vacation flew by. Highly recommended!

Great house in the middle of italian country side. Garden, environmnent and everything give great italian experience. During eleven days I have chance to relax and forget about city, cars and all the Urban life. Evidently my greatest holiday

I stayed at this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the heart of the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of the historic center — really impressive! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to get around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

This is our 2nd time staying and visiting Citta di Castello and renting from Sara and Esther. We love the town, it's a great location to visit other areas in Tuscany and Perugia. The apartment is modern, beautiful and spotless with a very nice balcony on a quiet street. It is located right in the center near shops, restaurants and cafe's. We love staying there and will rent again when we visit friends next year. Sara has been a fantastic host and we love the place and location.

We booked for a fair event with colleagues and had a great time. The house is warm and cozy, nothing is missing! The stay experience was excellent, as was the hospitality and availability of the owner.

first of all, at a communicative level we can say that he is the best host 2) took us from the train station to the apartment (which is no small thing) 3) an unexpected inconvenience happened to the apartment, but he intervened immediately and resolved everything. 4) the accommodation is mega comfortable, sea view, equipped with everything you need maybe if all the hosts were like him thank you very much, we were lucky to have done our experience there. :)
