We felt very comfortable at the place. Everything was as described. Top equipped and clean. At check-in, we were welcomed in a very friendly manner. We got helpful tips regarding sights and restaurants. Just great! We will be happy to come back!

Good afternoon! We were in a car, so parking in the courtyard of the house seemed very convenient. There was no need to look for a parking space and worry about the car. Upon arrival, we were met by the host of the house, took us to the house, showed us everything and told us everything. He was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean with a huge high bed, there was a private bathroom that belonged only to us. All plumbing was working properly, there was no inconvenience. There was also a separate small and very cozy dining room with a microwave and a micro fridge. We had dinner close to our stay in the town of San Giovanni in Marigno at Osteria Spacciodivino, highly recommend this restaurant! Unfortunately, we were only one day in this location and in this house, and we could not stay longer, but we were certainly very satisfied. Nina is a beautiful dog, and the cat brightened up our stay, we also admired the olive lard in the area of the house. Thank you!

Elena and her husband are very warm and attentive to their guests. Impeccable cleanliness, the studio is very large and easily suitable for a family with multiple children. A plus, with a large garden and pool. Breakfast is hearty.

Simple but clean accommodation, very friendly owners and nice breakfast. Beach in 5 mins walk, bus stop in 3 minutes. It can get noisy at night because of the surrounding bars. Andrea was very friendly and polite, let me leave my luggage after check-out.

Rosaria and her husband are extremely welcoming. It’s like being part of an Italian household for some days (in a very good way😁). They took really good care of us by having an amazing breakfast, clean and tidy rooms, and Rosaria even did the laundry for us. We ate fruits from the garden, they had a great pool and a lot of hiking options around. Thanks again for this lovely stay!!

Beautiful stay, the location of the B&B is great, convenient to get around on foot, in 5 minutes you are on the beach and in 10 in the center. Giorgia is always available and kind

Ricardo was born to run a Bed& Breakfast. He does everything superbly well from interacting with his guests, providing superb service to guests, congenial and engaging. I have never stayed in an Airbnb that felt so comfortable and nice to be in. if you want a quiet peaceful location with a wonderful view of San Marino, this is your place. And, a little plus here...he bakes croissants fresh and knows exactly the time to pull them out of the oven golden crispy brown and perfect. Absolutely, with no question...I highly recommend Ricardo. He knows how to treat his guests, and I assure you, its the way you want to be treated.

We looooved Maria’s place and her hospitality and friendliness. She made us the best breakfast every morning! We enjoyed this place so much! It was our favorite Airbnb! The place is so nice, comfortable and quite. Supermarket nearby, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. We would come again and recommend this place 💯%

Angela is an excellent hostess: welcoming, attentive and able to create a family atmosphere from the first moment. Through Jacob's Ladder, a little game that brought to the streets and turned into work, he tells his story of creativity. In the morning, a hearty breakfast was waiting for us, prepared with care. Patrizia’s place is magical !!! House is situated on top of a hill with a wonderful view of the area. The room was very spacious, nicely decorated and breakfast were superb !! In addition, Patrizia was a great host and provided lots of excellent tips for places to visit and eat !! Very much recommended

Accommodation at Fabio's is very cozy and quiet. Fabio takes excellent care of his guests, he is always available. Everywhere is very clean. The beds are very comfortable, the breakfast in the garden is excellent. I recommend the accommodation to everyone.

The place was beautiful in a good location a few minutes walk from the hotel was the beach, we flew to the cattolica for a concert, and it's a pity that we didn't stay there longer breakfast was fantastic!

Massimiliano and Carmen welcomed us with the utmost availability and a lot of sympathy. Excellent advice on where to go and where to eat. Superlative cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. Super breakfast, fresh products, sweet and savory, prepared by Carmen. Quiet and peaceful area, but strategically located for visiting the attractions of the area, such as Gradara, Fiorenzuola di Focara, Pesaro and Urbino. I definitely recommend this property run by people who care about guests.

If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

If you want to disconnect from everything and immerse yourself in nature, this place is for you! Giacomo and Daniela are super hosts. They'll make you feel welcomed as a family. If you have children, they will enjoy seeing the various animals ( from the turtle to the donkey). Grabbing blackberries and figs and eating them under the tree is an experience that remains in the heart. Try to believe!

Maurizio and Barbara are lovely open and cheerful people. Casale I Calanchi is truly a stay where you feel at home, through the free way of getting along with Maurizio and Barbara. We stayed for 7 days but actually wanted to book and cancel our other home. We loved it so much. Beautiful large communal conservatory and beautiful outdoor kitchen. (We did not use it.) Perfect beds, beautiful showers and sit outside in the evening. The pool is wonderful and the valley is beautiful. It was too hot for the sauna, which we are going to try next year if we come earlier in the season. The dogs and cats always come to you cheerfully too. Thank you Maurizio and Barbara for the hospitality. We will definitely come back!

If I could give more stars, I would. Maurizio and Barbara are two fantastic, kind, helpful, attentive and nice hosts. Charming farmhouse in the hills above Gubbio, rustic, well-kept, very clean rooms with every comfort (fridge, heating and cooling, high-speed Wi-Fi and online TV). Beautiful pool with views of the valley. Very nice breakfast with top-quality homemade artisanal products. Recommended one thousand percent!! We will definitely be back!!
