Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Urbanova, Alicante (Alacant)

Everything is very good, excellent stay to go with the children because the pool is in front of the porch, you can vijilar without getting up from the chair. The beach is very close. Very good mattresses and pillows, I liked that they were all white. The kitchen is very well equipped. Margot welcomed us very well, very punctual, we left a day before and she didn't hesitate to come at the time we asked for. To put a but, it would be the very narrow spiral staircase, no one can go up to the top floor but we were very comfortable, we loved it.

Ciara was a fantastic host and always responded quickly. The villa was brilliant for a family of 9 with three generations staying. The pool is fantastic, the amenities were great in the house and it's in a very peaceful location. We got great recommendations for taxis & places to eat and things to do from Ciara and everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Couldn't recommend this location more. We made fantastic memories here!

Fredric was a very good host. Clear instructions for our stay and also during our trip. The accommodation is also very nice - a really top choice if you are traveling in larger groups.

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

Exceeded all our expectations! Fantastic property, super clean, tidy with everything you may need. Every detail is thought through - made us feel really welcome, cosy. Never ever stayed at a place before where mattress and pillows would be so comfy! Aaaaand a macadamia shower gel added a touch of luxury:) Thank you! Such an amazing location.. peaceful, lots of space, shops and restaurants only few mins away by car. Private, lots of space and everything that we needed. Photos do not do justice, it's much better:) Our puppy enjoyed running on the grass and our daughter enjoyed the trampoline and the pool most! Carlos was always very responsive, polite and helpful. Such an amazing experience. Highly recommended!!

Would recommend to anyone, clean, tidy, felt comfortable and at ease. Couldn't make the best use of the outside facilities but it was February. Maria was excellent with communications, very responsive and positive information. Lovely, thank you.

House has everything you need for your stay including dishwasher and washing machine. Nice to have a coffee machine and pods. Great kitchen. Nearest shop a 5 to 10 mins walk, so would be nice for a bottle of water to be provided for arrival in the fridge after travel, as there is not a shop at the urbanisation. House nice and close to the lovely beach and the bus stops. 5 to 10 mins walk to restaurants. Favourite things were the lovely beach close by ans a trip to Alicante City on the bus which is a lovely City.

We stayed in this spectacular house and it was an unforgettable experience. The property is impressive, with three floors full of amenities and two terraces that allowed us to enjoy ourselves a lot. The quality of the accommodation is unsurpassed. Every corner of the house is carefully decorated and kept in perfect condition. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, which made preparing family meals very comfortable and enjoyable. The terraces were the perfect place to relax and enjoy special moments together. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a place to spend a few days with the family. We made unforgettable memories and certainly hope to return in the future. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I stayed for a month in this really cozy and super clean apartment. It is equipped with everything you need for shorter or longer stays. It is located almost in the town center so everything you might need is on the next corner so to speak. La Mata is a small town but it has much to offer, beautiful nature and beach, relaxed atmosphere, nice restaurants and cafés, pescadería, carnecería, frutería, some panederías etc. Daniel was a great host, attentive and easy to communicate with and he even arranged a lift for me from Alicante. I highly recommend this place. Five stars.

Good stay. The hosts are very pending. We ordered heaters and something that was missing and they brought them to us right away. Good location, good apartment, good views. Cozy, lots of light. I recommend it.

Excellent apartment, very nice and responsive hosts! A beautiful, peaceful, quiet area, with all the infrastructure and parks within walking distance. Downtown is nearby. We felt so comfortable. There was never any noise from the neighbors or the street. We were resting. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable bed. Super fast internet. Recommended for long stays, family trips, and business trips. We'd love to come back to this house!

Enjoyed a very good stay here in November 2024. Everything was as described / pictured, and Valentin is clearly very a organised host with everything we might need from bin bags to cooking equipment on hand and easy to find. Location is good for getting to the city centre (less than 20 mins on foot) or getting to places up the coast via tram (nearest stop less than 5 minutes away) and there is a decent range of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

Lovely place - open, light and with a beautiful view. Walking access to beach was brill, and had playgrounds nearby which was good for our son. Tram was pretty accessible to town centre as well.

Wow, what a beautiful apartment! On the 18th floor, right on the seafront with amazing views of the sea and coast around to Benidorm in the distance. Exceptionally clean and so well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Breakfast on the balcony watching the sunrise was amazing. We were met by Jorge, who was very friendly and welcoming and showed us all around the apartment. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The listing is as described and photographed and is perfect for a couple. The parking space in the residence and the supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away are real assets. The terrace was also very nice. We would recommend this listing.

We had the most amazing stay in Miriam’s apartment! The view was absolutely breathtaking — one of those places where you just stop and stare. The interior was beautifully, and makes us fell like home and welcoming. We spent a few unforgettable days here and couldn’t have asked for a better base. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place that combines, biking, beach and an epic view!
