Vacation rentals with a patio in Urbanova, Alicante (Alacant)

A lovely few days in Spain. Views over the Med, you can’t beat the apartment for location and views. So comfy, really well thought out property. Excellent set up/ facilities too which are worth it to be comfy and feel at home. Really great service and hospitality too from Isco 🙌

We spent three nights in this beautiful and well-kept apartment in Alicante and it was a fantastic experience! The apartment was not only super clean and stylishly furnished, but also equipped with every comfort — really a place where you immediately feel at home. I stayed here with a girlfriend and we greatly enjoyed the nice atmosphere, the comfortable bed and the cozy balcony. The location was also perfect: right in the center, close to nice restaurants, the beach and attractions. Our host, Iris, was wonderful. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and gave us all kinds of fun tips for the area immediately upon arrival. Thanks to her, our stay felt more personal and warmer. In short: absolutely recommended if you want to explore Alicante from a stylish and welcoming base. We will definitely come back!

Our stay in this apartment was amazing. The place is modern, has everything you need and has a very nice balcony with a beautiful view. The apartment is very well equipped and we also had chairs and umbrellas for beach which was very convinient. Maria was a great host and let us stay longer in our check out day which helped us because our flight was in the evening. This place was 10/10!

Really enjoyed our stay, despite it being during the school holidays the apartments were quiet. This apartment was modern, very clean, great balcony and pool. A good supermarket 5 mins drive away.

The place was so cool that the stay turned out to be too short. Great location. Very good local conditions. Well-working bus service. Nearby restaurants guarantee great food. Very friendly, helpful host. Ricardo welcomed us to the apartment with all the instructions so there were no surprises. I recommend this place with a clear conscience as well as a beautiful neighborhood. Everyone will find something for themselves for us most was the silence of the area, the turquoise of the water, the sun. All at your fingertips. Really great apartment for long-ish term stay with what you need for making simple food. Supermarket close by, Lidl is 35 minutes away if you want more diversity. The beach is 5 minutes walk away and it's really nice and maintained with few people in May, despite the 25+/- a bit degrees Celsius. To the right side of the beach, the old, regular beach can be found which is better for privacy and nature.

Was very clean and beautiful. The house was as described. Everything was walking distance. My boys had a blast!

We were very comfortable in the accommodation. We were a large group and we had no space problems. José made sure we were comfortable at all times! We will definitely repeat!

Amazing location, 5 minutes from Aldi’s one way and 7 mins to court yard the other way. ( if you arrive on a Sunday then be aware nearest shop is 40min walk away or €5 in an Uber) Private pool, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, all amenities that you could want. Amazing having your own pool and gardens are immaculate. The inside is basic but very clean, outside the pool and bbq are amazing, although could do we a sweep and tidy. Awesome value 🥰

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

Easy check in facilitated through private messaging. Questions answered and advice given. The house itself has a lot of amenities throughout, the pool is spacious and the garden area has more than enough space for 6 people. Rooms are clean and the area is within walking distance from multiple supermarkets, as well as a shopping center with nice restaurants. Would highly recommend.

A perfect stay on all sides From the moment I arrived, everything was amazing. The hosts were super friendly, attentive and always available for any questions or needs. The house was spotlessly clean, with attention to detail that is noticeable from the first moment. In addition, the aroma of the place was simply lovely, something that made the experience even more welcoming. The location is excellent: close to everything I needed, but at the same time quiet and perfect for relaxing. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for making my stay so special!

Very nice apartment with an even more beautiful view from every room. The immediate surroundings are very quiet, which means there is not much to see/do except the beach and it was never full. However, you can get to the busy city with many possibilities very quickly by bus or train. In my opinion, a very good location if you want to do something, but at the end of the day do not want to do without relaxation and tranquility.

Great friendly hosts with an amazing apartment in a fantastic quiet location, nothing is too much trouble for them to help out in any way.The apartment is truly amazing & very modern with everything you need to self cater. The beds are really comfortable & everything was pristine clean. The apartment has two patios with sun on the front terrace in the morning then sun on the rear terrace by the pool in the afternoon. Great to just chill out and enjoy the apartment and outside space for a day at home. The beach is lovely and sandy with the sea colour turquoise blue & just a 10 minute walk away & stretches for miles with beach bars and sun loungers along with the local shops and restaurants. We hired a car which you can park right outside the apartment & made it easier to get to the bigger supermarkets & travel around the area. There is a great scenic coastal road from the beach to Santa Polo for a trip out. We love this relaxing quiet area of Spain & will definitely come back agan

It was a great stay in a very clean and modern apartment that was located in walking to the city centre. The apartment was also located at the top floor and with the balcony, it gave an amazing view and a very cozy atmosphere both day and night. The hosts were also very inviting and welcoming with quick respond time which made the visit very enjoyable. I would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Dominique’s apartment. He was very responsive and accommodating. His place was immaculate, comfortable, well -stocked, and tastefully decorated. The pool is an awesome added amenity. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The private parking space is very convenient as it was difficult to find street parking. There were many great local restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. We highly recommend his apartment. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this flat! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Old Town with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alicante.

Veronika’s place was perfect for what we needed. Quiet neighbourhood with a dog park near by yet walkable to the beach / promenade. Supermarket around the corner. Free parking on the street right in front of the apartment. Apartment itself was so charming I wished we stayed longer. Beautiful windows and terrace in the bedroom perfect for your morning tea and coffee. Veronika shared details of person managing check in and check out, they were very responsive and we were able to adjust arrival time and checked in and out no problem. The price was very good as well. We’d be more than happy to stay again if we find ourselves traveling to the area again.

Great location - super quiet, but only a 5 minute downhill walk to the beach and a row of restaurants and little shops. We ate out every evening. Spacious & modern apartment with a lovely outdoor area. Pool was a good size and really quiet. Great welcome by Jonas’ parents. Great communication by Jonas leading up to our stay. I’d recommend hiring a car if you want to get about as we found booking taxi’s quite hard work! Overall, would highly recommend! We travelled with two children and we had everything we needed.
