Family-friendly vacation rentals in Urbanova, Alicante (Alacant)

We live in the area and needed a place to stay temporarily. We are glad we chose this apartment as it was clean, modern, bright and airy. The pool is literally just a few metres with well maintained areas and very peaceful. You will need a car to venture further to beaches etc but everything is on site. Easy check in/check out with a very friendly and helpful Max. We would recommend to family and friends.

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

Excellent location, very close to beech and plenty of restaurants and bars. Bus and team also very close Supermarket 5 min. walk. Great view of the sea/beech.

Fantastic stay and we love this apartment and our expectations were more than met. The arrival instructions and videos were soo helpful and straightforward to get in. Clean , tidy and super comfy beds with the most Incredible views. So easy to get to the beach too. The pools are amazing and really recommend the Pool bar and its food menu . The host James was great and helpful and quick to reply to any messages. Want to go back already !

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Very quiet area, everything was very clean and the jacuzzi was spectacular. Peter was always available if we had any questions.

The apartment is really nice, we felt right at home. There is a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away. The view from the balcony was really nice. Antonio has always been attentive and kind. Surely we will come back some day.

Great stay for 9 people in this very large apartment. Everything is clean, the linens and towels smell good, it's very pleasant. The welcome to the apartment was done by Miguel and he was very helpful in finding good little restaurants in Alicante, he always responded to messages very quickly. We are therefore very happy with this stay and will be happy to return.

Host was very helpful and attentive. Place was very well equipped, with everything needed. Comfortable bed, and clean. Great experience all round :)

Honestly, a 10/10. The house is a real treat, super cool and with plenty of room for a large group. We were all super comfortable and at ease, enjoying the basket, the pool for a dip, the bbq, the terraces with the hammocks and so on. Everything was great, and on top of that, perfectly prepared and with plenty of utensils for 10 people. The area is quiet, next to a cove, in a residential area. There are no restaurants or pubs nearby, so we had to go somewhere else for that, but it wasn't a problem. And finally, Eva has been an outstanding host. Always attentive and available, proactive, friendly and professional. He has given us many recommendations that have been a total success, and has made our stay great. So, in short, a totally recommended stay!!

We've had 10 good days in Alicante- have seen many exciting things. Have used the Light Rail, which works perfectly. We have enjoyed the beach area which is about 800 meters from the apartment. The apartment is in good condition, we didn't need anything. We'd love to come again.

What a fantastic apartment, the views are beautiful and it’s ideally situated very close to the tram station so easy to get around. Rosa was both easy to speak to and informative on what was around for us. We had an amazing time and will certainly recommend and rebook to return in the future. The villa is even more beautiful than the photos! Its spacious, had everything we could of asked for as a family of 11 & more! It was spotless when we checked in, the host is wonderful & the pool was 10/10. Its massive! Shops were within walking distance & the beach front stroll within 30 mins even with children. Highly recommend everything, thank you!! Xx

Roberto was an incredible host, especially for our first time using airbnb! Very responsive to messages with my many questions and when we struggled to unlock the apartment doors, himself and Analia (key holder) were incredibly helpful! Apartment/pool were exactly like the photos, plenty of storage, clean, fresh and beautifully smelling linen/bed sheets and incredible sea views! Roberto was extremely accommodating when we asked for an earlier check in and later check out due to our flight times, we were so grateful for his hospitality as it made our stay go that much more seamlessly! We found the area to be very local/residential so not loads to do, but we were only a short bus/taxi journey into places like Alicante and Santa Pola where we visited the Island of Tabarka, which was beautiful! Enough restaurants to visit for the duration of our stay :) Thank you Roberto for making our holiday feel like visiting a second home! Perfect 60th birthday celebrations for my Mum complete

What a beautiful location. We had forgotten our computer and Andrés took care of it. Super friendly. Everything was not super large in the apartment but present . The most beautiful thing was the pool with the view. We felt at home there. Had a lovely time and will definitely come back here. Thank you for everything you are a top host!

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and very well cared for and decorated. The enclave is very quiet, it is a residential area with the sea very close. Highly recommended!

This was the third time we've used Paul's place, I think that says something. weather was mainly sunny with little rain. we love the house and the area, and find it very convenient to local amenities and walks around the nature reserve. It's a nice area with a mix of English and Spanish people living in the neighbourhood. There was some work going on at the pool this week, which didn't affect us but Paul made us aware that it was to happen. We are hoping to book for next year and hope the house is available for our dates.

The accommodation was very good and Miriam was very helpful both before and during our stay. The accommodation was very nice and had everything you needed. The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. Big plus with paddle court and pool at the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!

This was one of the most beautiful properties i've stayed in. We felt at home straight away. Everything felt perfect and comfortable. The rooms were all great size with amazing Italian decor. The furniture is amazing and high quality. Each room has its own balcony with the most amazing view of the Mediterranean sea. Each balcony is a big enough for you to enjoy. Hearing the sound of the ocean morning and night was such a unique experience. Everything is so well thought out in the property, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom has all the amenities you need. There is a lift in the property which is so handy. The garage is great with everything from beach chairs and towels for you to go down to the beach or to the swimming pool. The best thing about this property was the Host Pepa and her family. They were always helpful and nothing was too much for them. They made us feel like family. We can not wait to go back. If you get the opportunity to stay here please do.
