Family-friendly vacation rentals in Urbanova, Alicante (Alacant)

Heel leuk verblijf gehad! De communicatie ging heel vlot. Zalig dat we een ondergrondse parkeerplaats hadden die zo dicht bij het appartement ligt. Leuk om te wandelen, om eens aan het strand te liggen, eens aan het zwembad te liggen, uitstapjes te doen,… het terras is ook heel ruim en konden er genieten van ons glaasje bubbels die klaarstond :) We hadden echt een zalige vakantie!

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

What can we say, Kenneth your place is beautiful, well presented everything that was needed for a relaxed holiday, my only draw back was we was unable to use the communal pool for 8-9 days of our holiday, due to it being the time of year where the pool is emptied and maintenance carried out ( I wish this was advised before we booked). We was unable to get any English tv channels or use our Netflix etc. ( not a major issue ) however the villa is amazing and for the price we couldn’t have asked for more, we will defo look to stay again. Thank you for hosting us.

Fantastiskt boende! Magisk utsikt och väldigt lyxigt område med uppvärmd pool, gym, tennisbana med mera. James var en superbra värd som svarade direkt om det var någon fundering. Kan värmt rekommendera.

Zona muy tranquila, todo estaba muy limpio y el jacuzzi era espectacular. Peter estuvo pendiente siempre si teníamos alguna duda.

Wat een fantastische ruime plek! We zijn hier al vaker geweest als we in Catral wilden overnachten. Je kunt er zeer goed parkeren en de poort stond al open toen we aan kwamen rijden. Verder wordt je er verwelkomt met een enorme fruitschaal en is de host Moisés zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles binnen is groot en schoon en in de prachtige tuin kun je goed zitten en 's ochtends in het zonnetje ontbijten. Ik denk dat we hier nog wel terug zullen komen.

The apartment is actually better than the photos, it’s open plan and feels very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need; plenty clean towels and bedding also. The location is superb, close by to the restaurants but just off the Main Street for a peaceful night sleep. Great value and we hope to stay again!

My family had a wonderful stay at this place! If you want white sheets, go to a hotel. If you want absolute silence, don’t come to the center of Alicante. But if you’re looking for a charming, authentic Spanish home in a fantastic location in the heart of the old town, choose this apartment! You’ll get a homely atmosphere and a warm welcome. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while listening to the church bells. The beach is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of nice restaurants and cafés nearby. The area is safe and pleasant, and the apartment is easy to find. You truly get great value for your money. Thank you, Pepa and Álex!

El piso de Juana es más que un simple alojamiento. Todo está hecho con el más cuidadoso detalle que te hace sentir que estás como en casa. La decoración con tema marítimo es ideal para la zona y los detalles son tan sencillos como especiales. La vista es impresionante, por la noche la luna llena aparecía en la ventana y la podía apreciar desde la cama. Durante el día el sol no incidía directamente a través de la ventana por lo que el el apartamento se mantenía fresco e iluminado. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar y desconectar. El apartamento estaba impecable y tiene a disposición sillas, sombrillas y toallas de playa e incluso sombreros para el uso de los huéspedes. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. La comunicación con Juana fue siempre directa y asertiva. Estuvo pendiente y fue proactiva al momento de la llegada y la salida. Recomiendo este alojamiento con los ojos cerrados. Y yo, sin duda, repetiré!!!!

Ha sido un acierto elegir la casa de Eva. Se ha mostrado desde el primer momento muy atenta para cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar. Respecto a la vivienda, es una casa muy grande, pero muy bien cuidada y limpia. Es una zona tranquila pero muy bonita. Sin duda recomiendo a Eva y su casa al 100%.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It’s a beautiful apartment with amazing sea views. It’s close to the beach, and also has a tram stop very close by. Alicante is only a few stops away. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We would highly recommend.

Hemos estado con mi familia 3 días y nos ha gustado, fácil acceso, limpio, ordenado, queda la playa muy cerca y también tiene sombrilla y sillas para llevar allí, los anfitriones son atentos y responden rápido, lo recomendamos y por supuesto que volveríamos 😃

This was one of the most beautiful properties i've stayed in. We felt at home straight away. Everything felt perfect and comfortable. The rooms were all great size with amazing Italian decor. The furniture is amazing and high quality. Each room has its own balcony with the most amazing view of the Mediterranean sea. Each balcony is a big enough for you to enjoy. Hearing the sound of the ocean morning and night was such a unique experience. Everything is so well thought out in the property, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom has all the amenities you need. There is a lift in the property which is so handy. The garage is great with everything from beach chairs and towels for you to go down to the beach or to the swimming pool. The best thing about this property was the Host Pepa and her family. They were always helpful and nothing was too much for them. They made us feel like family. We can not wait to go back. If you get the opportunity to stay here please do.

What a fantastic apartment, the views are beautiful and it’s ideally situated very close to the tram station so easy to get around. Rosa was both easy to speak to and informative on what was around for us. We had an amazing time and will certainly recommend and rebook to return in the future. I have just spent the best 9 days at this apartment. It was so peaceful, beautiful views every morning and evening, right across from the beach. Handy to get to Alicante and other areas, supermarket close by for essentials. Will be returning.

Maison extrêmement agréable, avec vu sur le golf , très calme , piscine nettoyé par une personne en mi-sejour , agréablement surpris !

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Wir waren mit unseren drei kleinen Kindern da und es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Uns haben vor allem der große Außenbereich und der große Pool gefallen. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig. Man kann zu Fuß zu mehreren Supermärkten und Restaurants gehen und ist mit dem Auto schnell in Alicante, Santa Pola und Elche.

Bonjour, Nous sommes une famille de deux adultes et trois enfants entre 13 et cinq ans. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. Nous avons passé des vacances dans un cadre très reposant. Nous avons eu à notre disposition tout ce qui était décrit dans l’annonce et même plus… le rapport qualité prix est très intéressant. À proximité, il y a les commerces d’alimentation, boucherie, restaurant… il y a même des centres médicaux si besoin… la région est magnifique et offre une multitude d’activité et de balades. La piscine à l’intérieur du logement est très bien entretenue et magnifique. Sue et Michael sont des hôtes très réactifs et avenants toujours prêts à renseigner ou à aider. En résumé, nous recommandons +++ 😄

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern wirklich toll. Der Aussenbereich unten so wie oben ist super schön und läd zum verweilen ein. Man ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß beim Aldi und auch Mercadona und ein paar Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Beautiful apartment, with a homely feel. Views and the 2 balcony areas fantastic, can get the sun one side and watch the brilliant sunset. Extremely well equipped kitchen, bonus to have an oven, small kitchen but not a problem as very practical. Good living space, bright bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with both a bath and shower. Pressure as advised was ok, but found the single shower had better pressure than the over bath one. Bath takes far too long to run, so only used it once for grand child who then had showers. We went oct 20-28th. Weather was mostly good, so beach and sea most days, we did go in the pool, but it was rather cold as not heated. I am ok with cold water, but wouldnt suit most. As there is no wifi a manual with basic info about the area, supermarkets, trams etc would have been useful. We felt very comfortable in this residential area, private gated parking a bonus. Trams approx 8 min walk away, regular & on time.neighbours are very friendly, a lovely winter break
