Vacation rentals with lake access in Uppsala County

It is a beautiful house in the archipelago to enjoy family and create lasting memories. We were able to bring our sailboat and 16ft motorboat, use the dock, sauna, hang on the porch, use the charcoal grill, swim in the pool and off the dock, take our power boat to nearby towns, stores, and restaurants. We walked the island numerous days during our visit and enjoyed the scenery. Extraordinary place.

Huset passade oss perfekt. Vi är en familj som tycker om umgänge, promenader, laga mat, spela spel och att läsa. Roslagsleden går precis utanför med underbara natur. Fin utsikt från huset, stora fönster. Härlig altan. Grisslehamn ligger en kort biltur bort har ett bra utbud. Mattias är oerhört vänlig och tydlig. Jättebra instruktioner inför ankomst. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera Mattias härliga ställe!

Marie was very kind and flexible! We were a bit late, but she allowed us to do an easy check-in and even offered to give us a ride! She also gave us fresh eggs in the morning and a late check-out! If you are looking for a chill space in the swedish countryside it's a great deal

Karin's cabin was a great choice! The cabin is surrounded by nature and with different activities to do during our stay. we had a great time and we for sure will be back!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Kajsas schönem Häuschen. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für Ausflüge nach Stockholm (zur Bahn sind es etwa 13 Gehminuten, insgesamt benötigt man etwa eine Stunde bis ins Zentrum) und in die Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und es war alles vorhanden, was wir gebraucht haben. Auch den Kindern hat es sehr gut gefallen, der Garten, das Trampolin und das vorhandene Spielzeug wurden gerne genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit Kajsa war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert! Danke für alles 😊

The appartment was very well-equipped and perfect for one person during a long stay (one month). Birgitta and Anders are nice and caring hosts; the communication was friendly and easygoing. Issues with the internet connection were shared and quickly resolved. Gribbylund is a lovely neighborhood and the appartement is only 5min from a beautiful lake (which was frozen when I arrived, adding to the overall area's appeal). Walk trails are also available nearby in Täby. Groceries can be done in Täby Centrum (around 40min by foot): a Lidl and KFC are at around the same distance. A ICA store is located closer but I did not check it out. As a note, the ceiling is not specifically soundproof, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to occasional noise (the main house is located upstairs and the garage is at the door). Mikael was very friendly and always helpful. I remote worked from the place for a month without problems (both WiFi and work space was enough for remote work). Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Just 15 min car ride from my destinations in the south parts of Gävle (the drive was easy and peaceful). It was perfect for my needs. Thank you, Mikael!

Tydliga beskrivningar och trevlig kommunikation svarade snabbt

Wir haben uns in diesem schwedischen Paradies (nun schon zum zweiten Mal!) sehr wohl gefühlt. Der in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbare Zugang zum Meer ist wunderschön. Das kleine Häuschen ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Beste Voraussetzung für erholsame Tage!

We had a great time on the island. For us, a small family with two children, the small house was the perfect compromise between being in the city, but also having the possibility to be in nature. Michael was very friendly and helpful. The fact that we could use the canoe, was a very nice extra. It gave us the possibility to do something active rather than just being in the city of Stockholm. The ferry to the mainland, which is included in the public transport, was also nice for us to take. We had a very nice stay. Thanks Michael!

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in dem kleinen Häuschen bei Sofia. Das Haus strahlt einen unglaublichen Charme aus und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ein wirkliches Juvel, was sehr liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Wir können das Häuschen auch für den Winterurlaub sehr empfehlen, der Ofen bringt die nötige Wärme nach kalten Schneetagen. An unserem Abreisetag durften wir sogar länger bleiben. :) Insgesamt war die Kommunikation mit Sofia sowohl im Chat als auch persönlich sehr nett. Sie hat uns ihre Hilfe angeboten, hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, aber auch die Privatsphäre geachtet. Auch war die Lage für uns ideal. Es war sehr ruhig mit vielen Wandermöglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung, die wir innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Bus erreichen konnten. Auch die Bus-und Fähranbindung nach Stockholm ist sehr gut. Infos zu Bussen und Fähren sind in der SL App einfach einzusehen. Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub, auch oder gerade wegen dieser tollen Unterkunft

Malin var supervälkomnande och hjälpsam under hela vår helg i stugan. Alltid snabb på att svara. Mycket fin natur och trevliga vandringsleder på gångavstånd. Rekommenderas!

Mattias är en helt underbar värd som bryr sig innerligt om sina gästers bekvämlighet. Hans gästfrihet och service är top-notch och kan enbart rekommendera att stanna över i deras Airbnb om ni vill ha en mysig och bekväm logi som är bang for the buck! En vacker vy tillkommer :) Vi fick till och med en gratis uppgradering och blev så varmt välkomnade. 10/10. Om vi har vägarna förbi igen så hade jag inte tvekat en sekund att boka Mattias Airbnb igen.

It was a very pleasant stay at Gabriel's place! We enjoyed the surroundings to walk and the sauna. The place is very cosy and quiet. We recommend this location for peaceful holidays.

We had a wonderful weekend at this cozy cottage. Even though the weather wasn’t great, we really enjoyed our stay. The location is peaceful and perfect for relaxing, and it was just right for our group of five. Everything was clean and nicely arranged. The hosts were very friendly and always available if we needed anything. Highly recommended!
