Monthly Rentals in Upperton

We had the most wonderful stay at Jane's Petworth house. It is beautifully furnished and comfortable and just a couple of minutes from Petworth National Trust. To the back of the cottage, you are immediately in the hills for some lovely walks. Jane was proactive in sending all the information we would need for the cottage ahead of time and had a folder in the cottage filled with tips for food, beaches, etc. which we relied on heavily. I can't recommend this lovely cottage enough and we will definitely be back.

The woods near by were very lovely to walk through, and the welcome basket provided bread (which was lovely ) , butter and crisps. There were lots of hooks to hang clothes on and the beds were very comfy, the pictures on the website were exactly what it looked like and it was very peaceful and quiet at night. Me and my mum didn't want to leave. from 9 year old Leila Thank you Sonja for being such a helpful host. My daughter and I had a lovely few days staying at Hazelnut Corner which was really comfortable and had everything we needed (welcome basket with delicious homemade sourdough was a lovely touch!). The information folder had lots of really good tips which we used. Lots of nice things to do - we explored Petworth including the lovely Petworth Cottage Museum, spent a day at the Weald and Downland Living Museum (20 min drive away), another day at Petworth House, and a little walk to Burton Mill Pond. We even fitted in a trip to the seaside (Littlehampton) before heading home!

We had a wonderful stay at the Annex, Elaine was very welcoming and it's was cosy and stunning, such a peaceful place with 2 delightly hens and a Cockerell pottering around the garden and they even popped over to greet us whilst we sat and enjoyed the outside seating area. A helpful hand book was provided with everything we needed and milk and fresh eggs were also provided. Thank you Elaine, we came away refreshed and relaxed.
